I felt at home from the very first moment. The service, the quality of the food, the friendliness of the staff and the ambience are truly unique and enrich every stay. I had high expectations, which were definitely exceeded. I will definitely be back and would recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone looking for peace and quiet.

I loved: the Beachfront, the lake with birds, the pools and other hotel services. We used Mini Kids Club and the lovely hairdress studio.

Unfortunately the hotel is NOT a 5 ⭐️! Restaurant buffet / Food is awful like 3 star service weak and not organized. Pool bar service is better but very expensive . Charging like a Ritz Carlton it’s like getting ripped off .Lisbon capital Ritz Carlton price is cheaper compare to this Hotel . There is something wrong . Rooms are old and bedding smells . We booked 2 rooms . Very bad experience. To be clear it’s entirely overpriced and you should stay away . The garden of the resorts is beautiful with a little lake. So if you expect to stay in a 5 star hotel it’s NOT the place to be. Guests are also from lower class as you will recognize as soon you entry into the pool or main restaurant .

Excellent location & facility, superb hospitality

The level of service, selection / quality of the food, and the facilities of the hotel with pools etc. is simply stunning and exceptional. Everyone in the hotel, be it at the reception, at the pool bar or in the restaurant, the concierge or the cleaning personal, the all were very kind, helpful and made us feel welcome. We definitely plan to come back next year for a longer period of time - thanks for making our stay so special!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem traumhaften, ruhigem Resort mit sehr aufmerksamem Service.
So richtig zum die Seele baumeln lassen und um noch sonnige Herbsttage zu geniessen.
