Die Lage war hervorragend. Leider hatten wir keine Dachterrasse zur Verfügung, wie im Angebot suggeriert.

Ideal für einen Kurztrip

Deluxe-Appartement 2: Das Appartement ist wunderbar gelegen und sauber und war für unseren Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten ideal. Der Beschrieb von 4 Zimmern ist übertrieben: im Dachzimmer befanden sich 2 Einzelbetten ohne eine Abgangstüre (ist eigentlich kein Zimmer!); In der Wohnzimmeretage befand sich ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett sowie ein Einzelbett ohne eine Trennung durch eine Wand mit Türe (= 1 Zimmer), ebenfalls war dieser Raum nur mit einer Türe versehen, obwohl ein zweiter Türrahmen vorhanden war. Ebenso hatte es keine Kleiderschränke und nur Garderobenaufhänger mit Kleiderbügeln.

Ok apartment, not so “luxury” service.

We were given apartment 1 which was ok although it could be said that pictures were a bit misleading (on the announcement you can see pictures from various apartments in the same building including a terrace without clarifying which specific apartment they belong to). However that was not a major issue. What we really did not appreciate was the treatment Received when we called the organisation to get an additional blanket. We were told that they would absolutely not do it, which we found unusual. Upon insisting they gave us a different phone number. So we called them and after repeating the request they hung up on us. We thought the line had dropped and so called again but we realised that they were intentionally hanging up the phone on us. So all in all we can’t say our experience was negative but this episode left us with a bitter taste.

Dear guest, when you book you can actually see only the detailed pictures of the specific apartment you are booking if you click on the apartment name, it's not us deciding which one to give, you have booked number 1, while the one with the terrace is number 2 , which is also bigger, so indeed different in price. ABout the blanket we have propose you this paid servcie to get some extra one but you did not accepted.

A little stay in Venice

We have a family of 6 which makes hotel rooms difficult. I booked this through hotels.com on a whim hoping it would work and give our family some space after being together all day. It was the perfect choice. This is not a hotel. They don’t have housekeeping everyday unless you pay extra so for those who are expecting a hotel experience look somewhere else. We are so pleased with our stay. Thank you Venice & Rialto Deluxe Apartments.

Great apartment, great location.

Apartment was amazing. Check in good and quick; both the check in location and the apartment were pretty tricky to find, but directions were great. Comms before arrival via WhatsApp convenient and quick. Yes, lots of stairs but no problem for me and my family. Do note that there are a number of apartments at the location, and not all have a roof terrace. Not a problem for us, but might be for some.

Nice apartment in a nice area but lots of steps

The attic apartment was very nice, close to the tourist areas (10 minutes walk to the Rialto bridge) but not in the thick of it. It's located only a few minutes walk to the San Stae vaporetto stop. There is a Coop grocery store nearby and the area feels very safe and quiet. Restaurants and cafes are right around the corner. The attic apartment itself requires you to walk up to the third floor and the apartment itself is multi level with the larger bedroom, both baths and the kitchen/living area on the middle level. The bottom level is only the doorway. The highest level has a low ceilinged bedroom under the rafters and an access door to the terrace. Not much to see from the terrace but it's there to enjoy a quiet evening or morning. The place is equipped pretty decently and even has a clothes washer. There are several AC units and we needed them all when we were there. The apartment is a nice hideway from the bustling areas of Venice and really close to transportation. The only negative is that this place is not for couples or anyone who want privacy. Despite the pictures that show otherwise, neither of the bedrooms has all their doors installed. The master has one but the other one is missing. The bathrooms do have doors. LOL. I understand why they removed it as it would be an obstacle but be aware. Would I stay in this apartment or the one below again? Yes. It's well located and kept up nicely. The steps were only a hassle when lugging the luggage up and down.

Not worth the price or trouble

Had to wait for Apt agent at Riva de Biasio boat stop, after advising of delays at airport. Once agent arrived, we had to drag our bags through narrow alleys, cobblestone streets and up and down stairs, approx a seven minute walk, per agent, an unmarked apt with no views and narrow steep steps, so our suitcases had to be left in foyer, which was very small. Continental breakfast consisted of small packaged cereal, packaged croissants, milk, tea bags and instant coffee. Agent advised there were clean dishes in dishwasher, but upon inspection, the dishes in dishwasher were dirty. Definitely not worth the money or trouble.
