Dear guests,
Thanks for your review.
We are sorry that your experience was not that positive with us, especially because when we asked if everything was right or if you needed something you answered that everything was perfect. We inform you that we never turn the heating off. Every room can freely regulate it . So, if the room was cold, it depended just on you. If you needed your room to be warmer you could have used also the heating pump. We are also sorry that you didn’t appreciate our breakfast. Our products are fresh or branded and are served on Richard Ginori golden sets but if no hotels could satisfy your standards so far, maybe you’d have better avoided booking breakfast and looked for a place somewhere in town which could try to satisfy your high standards.
We are also really surprised to read your criticism about the external works on the building. Being a World Heritage site, in Venice there are very strict rules to follow. We are not allowed to change the façade. Above us there are other owners who have to respect these rules as well. Moreover, if you really visited the city, you should have noticed that Venetian houses are all like this and that the city is totally uneven, everything has to be fixed and adapted ad hoc. Non-professional workers have nothing to do with it as you stated. Inside, the Residenza has precious and original furniture, silken walls and fabrics and original XIII century parts. You had a free upgrade to a superior room with canal view and paid a very low price. If you consider that the price/quality ratio is not correct, you are right, because you paid very little but had a lot. If you think differently, it is clear that you are not even aware of the value of everything you had and the place you were. Regards,
Residenza Corte Molin
