Gute Lage am Hauptbahnhof. Schönes großes Zimmer, nettes Personal. Leider war es etwas kalt im Zimmer.

Plattenbau mit Greenwashing und Marketingsprech
Ich hatte eine Woche in Utrecht geschäftlich zu tun und suchte ein zu allem fußläufig gelegenes Hotel. Ich hatte ein "Superior Double Room" gebucht und als Sonderwunsch ein ruhiges Zimmer in höherer Etage angegeben. Angeboten wurde mir Zimmer 120: direkt am Serviceaufzug gelegen, der bis tief in die Nacht genutzt wurde, um Kunden von der unter meinem Zimer liegenden Küche zu versorgen. Ers später fiel mir auf, dass "Superior" die schlechteste Zimmerkategorie ist. Das Eckzimmer im ungedämmten Plattenbau ließ sich nur über einen zusätzlichen Heizlüfter erwärmen. Ich versuchte dennoch zu schlafen. Als dann am nächsten Tag um 4 Uhr früh die Reinigungskraft, die Gestänge des Diensttreppenhauses zum Erklingen brachte, war meine Geduld zu Ende. Ich konnte am folgenden Tag in ein aus meiner Sicht "normales" Executive Zimmer upgegradet werden. Es war immerhin etwas ruhiger. Die kaum gedämmten Fenster lassen sich "aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen" nicht öffnen, um frische Luift zu bekommen. Als Nachhaltigkeit wurde auch verkauft, dass man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichten könne - mittlerweise Basisstandard. In der Dusche standen viele kleine Plastikfläschchen, die nach max. zweimaligen Gebrauch weggeworfen werden. Das Personal zeigte sich unterschiedlich intensiv bemüht. Einmal wurde der Abfall der Nebenzimmer in einer Tüte in meinem Zimmer vergessen. Insgesamt leider kein Hotel, das bei anstrengendem Dienstgeschäft Erholung bietet.

Parkplätze leider schnell vergriffen. Mussten teilweise außerhalb parken. Richtig ärgerlich. Preis-Leistung eher mittelmäßig, dafür zentral gelegen. Hatten Doppelbett gebucht, aber zunächst nur ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten bekommen. Auf unser Verlangen hin wurde uns freundlicherweise ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Trotzdem würde ich beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel nehmen, das mit dem Parklpatz bei Anreise am späten Abend war mehr als ärgerlich.

There’s a mosque nearby. They have a loud speaker. You can hear them sing quite often throughout the day. Loud enough to disrupt your sleep. In addition, the hotel was drilling into the wall from outside my room. Good bed though.

Das Hotel ist ganz toll und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Es liegt in Bahnhofsnähe und sond die Bahnsteige über einen Schleichweg in 2 Miniten zu erreichen. Perfekt für Ausflüge. 2 kleine Kritikpunkte: Der Kühlschrank kühlt nicht wirklich znd kässt sich auch nicht verstellen. Die Auswahl im Restaurant ist nicht sehr groß. Bei längeren Aufenthalten weiß man nicht, was man noch essen soll.

Tolles Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen. Vorab Online Einchecken hat super funktioniert und spart echt Zeit. Obwohl das Hotel direkt am Hbf und einer gut befahrene Straße liegt, sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Frühstück war gut und das Personal im Restaurant und Barbereich sehr freundlich. Würden das Hotel wieder nehmen.

Günstige Lage, sehr freundliches Personal
Wir konnten fußläufig alles erreichen, nah am Bahnhof. Die direkte Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht so schön. Es war sehr leise im Zimmer. die Betten sehr bequem und alles super sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage war entweder zu kalt (in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen) oder zu warm (Fahrstühle), im Zimmer ließ sie sich nicht optimal regulieren. Frühstück war sehr gut, der Kaffee besonders aromatisch. Der Aufpreis für ein Zimmer mit besonderer Aussicht hat sich nicht gelohnt. Auf jeden Fall ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Leider hat man über 40 Minuten unsere Buchung nicht finden können! Iconic View das teuerste Zimmer gebucht und super enttäuscht! Kleines Zimmer was entweder auf den Bahnhof schaut oder aber auf die Moschee wofür wir uns entschieden haben!

Das Zimmer und die Lage waren super. Von der Baustelle und der mehrspurigen Strasse hat man nichts mitbekommen, lag wohl auch an den nicht zu öffnenden Fenstern. Das Frühstück sollte man unbedingt weglassen...es ist unterirdisch.

Top Lage, aber etwas zu teuer
Leider stören die Baustellen ringsum. Auch die Parkplätze sind sehr begrenzt. Sauberkeit in der Preisklasse könnte besser sein, aber wir waren im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die haben in jedem Fall 5 Sterne verdient

Die Unterkunft war gerade im Umbau. Das gesamte Objekt war verschmutzt, Kabel hingegen lise von der Decke, im Zimmer lagen Haare vom vorherigen Gast und das Personal war mit der Beschwerdeflut sichtbar überfordert. Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir abgebrochen.

Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen
Das Hotel ist praktisch, da es sich neben dem Bahnhof befindet, der Weg dorthin ist jedoch etwas ungünstig durch die vielen Velos :-) Das Hote selber ist leider aus einem anderen Jahrhundert und ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, fürs Übernachten reichts allemal, Romantikurlaub würde ich dort eher nicht machen

Ich habe ein sehr schlechter Eindruck von diesem Hotel, respektive des Hotelzimmers bekommen. Die Türkarte für in das Zimmer hat das erste Mal nicht funktioniert weil diese sehr wahrscheinlich schon hundert Mal gebraucht wurde und auch schon sehr aufgebraucht ausgesehen hat. Die zwei Einzelbetten haben so ausgeschaut, als ob diese schon mal gebraucht waren. Der Nachtvorhang war zerrissen und sehr schmutzig. Das ganze Zimmer war "schmudelig" und unangenehm und erinnert eher an eine "Absteige". Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für dieses Zimmer stimmt bei weitem nicht. Meine Einschätzung für dieses Zimmer pro Übernachtung wären CHF 50.00 mehr als genug. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Sehr gutes Hotel, Zimmer bequem, gross und sauber. Tee und Kaffee kostenlos im Zimmer. Frühstück ab 06.30 wochentage, ab 07.00 am Wochenende. Ca. 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und Einkaufszentrum.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel in Utrecht
Anläßlich eines Konzerts von Mary Black im Tivoli Vredenburg in Utrecht haben wir dieses Hotel gewählt, da es sehr stadtnah gelegen ist. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Wir waren mit der Wahl sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut schallisoliert, im Bad sind alle Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und ferundlich. Gratis Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Am Sonntag morgen kann man bis 12 Uhr frühstücken, ideal für Langschläfer. Wir würden Park Plaza jederzeit wieder buchen.
