Es war Streik im Flughafen Frankfurt, ich versuchte das dem Hotel mitzuteilen das ich einen Tag später komme. 1. keine e-mail wurdee beantwortet 2. Es hat 30 Min. gedauert bis ich das der Rezeption verständlich machen konnte ! Bei meiner Ankunft waren Die Abfalleimer im Zimmer noch voll, der Teppich mit Sand und Haaren verschmutzt und im Bad noch lange schwarze Haare. Das Zimmer wird nur alle 4 Tage gereinigt. Die Fenster schlossen nicht dicht dadurch sehr laut. Buffet ausreichend. Personal war sehr bemüht aber nicht aufmerksam. Mein Resultat: für den Preis nicht besser als ein gutes Motel, lediglich der Standort ist gut.

Gebuchtes Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett war nicht verfügbar. Erhielten ein Zimmer mit 2 Queensize Betten. Zimmer war okay, Bad winzig klein aber sauber. Zimmer lag im EG an der Eingangstüre. Permanentes Tür auf-und zuschlagen rund um die Uhr, die volle Lärmbelästigung. Waren nur 2 Nächte dort, länger würde ich nicht empfehlen. Pool klein aber schön, Handtücher am Pool vorhanden. Lage zum Flughafen genial, 5 Minuten Fahrt, liegt direkt an der Einfahrt zum Flughafen. Beim Check-out streikte der Computer, haben keine Auszugsbescheinigung/Rechnung erhalten können.

Angenehm und gut gelegen
Sehr nah am Flughafen. Trotzdem ruhig. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Hervorragendes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Würde ich immer wieder buchen. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis speziell im Vergleich zu den Preisen der mehr im Stadtgebiet gelegenen Hotels.

Difficult to find the room. Very frustrating if you arrive at night because there are no numbers displayed on the buildings. In the morning I noticed that the window was left opened which I didn’t think to check the night before. I will never stay at this property in the future.

I called two days ahead to see if they would have a shuttle for us because we were getting in at midnight and didn’t know the area. I was assured they had 24 hour shuttle service. We get to the airport, called the hotel and was told they had no shuttles running. We were told we could walk because they are in walking distance. We’re older and didn’t have a clue which way to go. Poor service. Will never stay there again. The carpet in our wing was dirty. I will say they had good coffee in the morning.

Over priced for what you get. Rooms are showing their age. They charge for parking . Not realistic, since this isn’t the Ritz and you’re already paying a ridiculous amount for a room. Staff at front desk were more concerned with staff issues than with their guests. Glad I only had one night there.

Room was not cleaned completely. Dirty swiffer pad was on the floor. The swiffer was also in there. There was a plunger in a trash bag. All of this was by the beds. I was on the first floor and the sliding door was left unlocked. It was Xmas and I checked in late and had to leave for an event. It was not worth complaining.

I reserved a king size bed but got a double. I was told since I booked w/expedia, hotel doesn’t have to honor which is unfortunate for us customers because many times there is an upcharge for certain rooms so this is an issue w/both hotel and expedia. Housekeeping in charge of my room is terrible, found small dead roach in bathroom, sink was dirty (took pictures), there was no shampoo and no body wash (found out when I was already in the shower). It was disappointing ice machine was down but I understand things break down so that is not an upsetting situation, more like a bummer. Lastly, I pre-purchased breakfast for two days and both days the restaurant didn’t have me on their roster so they had to confirm w/front desk. Staff was super nice, it was just a waste of time.

Overnight in Tucson
I love the location. I have stayed here before. My complaint has to do with the handicapped room I was in. When I travel alone I prefer a room with a walk-in shower. This room appeared to be carved up of a regular room, cutting the size to very small to enlarge the bathroom. The bathroom door was set the wrong way so that anyone in a chair would have a hard time maneuvering around it. The room was so small that I had to put my luggage in the entryway, further cluttering a very small space. Other airport hotels here have a much better setup. The restaurant is good, everything is clean, and the shuttle service is excellent.

The power on the TV went out every 5 minutes and it had to be restarted. The bed made a loud clicking noise every time we moved and when we got up from our terrible nights sleep there was no hot water in the shower. Never staying here again

The hotel is dingy and run down. The room was dark and carpet old. The door to get into the hall was broken and open. I was told to take the elevator to the second floor and use the key. When we arrived at the door a note was taped to the door that said no entry between 11pm-7am the lock was broken door was open.

Front Desk was friendly and accommodating when we arrived after 7 PM. She gave us a room by the entrance where we actually needed to be on the first floor. a few things were missing from the room, but housekeeping was very prompt in supplying maintenance fixed our phone which was not working. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the room was not that great. When they came to clean it, they didn’t replace the coffees or cups or the water we used. It seems housekeeping just made the beds Because our towels were still on the floor in the restroom area.
