Came around 22h for one night after a flight. Rather swift check-in. It is stated that airport transfer is available, though when you come on hiltons website - it is stated that one is not temporarily available. The room did not have neither slippers, not bath robes, had to ask separately (for slippers only, which were provided). Not a full set of towels for 2 persons. There were 2 bottles of water, though no bottle opener. 2 cups, with one spoon. Shower gel & shampoo were present near the sink, though no soap there. The room temperature sat at 26.5 degrees and aircon did not make much difference. Engineering team came to fix, said the aircon did work properly and required time for temperature to drop. No temperature change for two hours though - spoke to the reception, have been advised of 3 different rooms (same temperature there and it also did no change with aircon on), though changing did not make any sense. Electricity was off/on twice during the night. Bed itself was comfy, though duvet was some kind of a sandwich (no required though due to the room temperature) - a sheet, a blanket in between and a sheet on top. The design of the room and hotel itself is promising, but there is a huge room for improvement.

Quiet, comfortable and close to the airport
We stayed at Hilton for one night before our flight back home. We got a very quiet and comfortable room. The bed is very big and comfortable and there is a free airport shuttle. We had dinner at the restaurant which was good as well. We can definitely recommend this place

Insgesamt einfacher Standard. Auf den Fotos sieht es chicer aus als es ist. Der Preis ist aber auch entsprechend günstig. Für eine Übernachtung auf Grund der Nähe zum Flughafen ist es okay.

Gutes Hotel für eine nacht
Der check in war problenlos denoch das erste zimmer sehr muffig weshalb wir ein neues bekamen . Die Zimmer sind absolut ausreichend für ein paar nächte aber nichts besonderes. Die anlage sehr sauber und das Frühstück sehr gut.

Good place to stay after long flight to rest
Arrival midnight at Bali. Happy to got complimentary shuttle service to the hotel, even though only 5 minutes by car. Check in and staff very friendly. Rooms could get renovation. Breakfast excellent and all staff very friendly. Relaxing at the pool was comfortable. Garden is in well shape. Booked transfet to next hotel with Hilton car and driver and felt safe and comfortable, which could not be true for all other transportations.

ein sehr hübsches Hotel mit direktem Strandzugang
Das Hotel ist super. Es liegt zwar außerhalb von Senggigi, aber für dafür hat man absolute Ruhe. Die Kosten mit Taxi (ca. 7 min) um nach Senggigi zu kommen betragen ca. 1,60 €. Also absolut verkraftbar ;). Alternativ unterstützt das Hotel einen Roller zu leihen, der ca. 5 Euro pro Tag kostet. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben wirklich nichts zu beanstanden gehabt. Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war, dass viele Gäste Sonnenliegen reserviert haben (keine Deutschen ;) ) und dennoch nicht gekommen sind. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

I spent 2 weeks in this hotel and I will recommand it without hesitation as base camp to visit Bali (1 day trip and come back at night) and if you have a scooter or a car (nothing interesting at walking distance). The hotel is situated near from the airport but acoustic isolation is very good and we don't hear it. Great pool, good gym facility, nice and big breakfeast. Perfect as base to go and discover Bali and come back at night in a calm and modern hotel (european style) with very nice pool! Team more than Great ! No black point. Due to the proximity of the airport, there is lots of transit but it was no problem for us as we was leaving in the morning and coming back at night (during the day the hotel is calm as tourist bus are leaving in the morning) For people with family or people that stay long time in the hotel, they should maybe find another hotel more near from the beach or city center as nothing at walking distance. The price vs services was great. We will come back. Thanks again to the team which was very freindly and professional. TD

How this is a Hilton hotel I do not know. The sheets had stains all over them and looked 20years old. The hotel is run down and our whole experience was awful. We booked 3 nights but checked out after 1 night. The reviews and star rating are completely false. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was right off the lobby facing the the area by the front entrance. The room was large and spacious but it was set up for a handicapped person. The really long curtains did not close so the lights from the front of the hotel shined in all night like a cars headlights. Really hard to sleep in such a bright room. Hotel staff was told to fix curtains. I felt it was the worst room in the hotel for a guest - was it because it was an Expedia booking? Probably will not book Expedia hotels again.

Location is literally across road from airport so not too much going on outside if you want a restaurant or shopping, you’ll need to cab into beach walk Kuta . But for a quick hotel before a flight to bridge the gap or on landing it’s perfect. The spa at the hotel is actually quite nice The rooms are fine and neat The carpet in the main hallways is average at best and looks a bit dirty but once your in your room it’s fine. Location PRIMO to airport. You could actually walk to the airport, but why when it’s less than a 4 min drive ! Does the job , would stay again to bridge the gap between our resort check out and a late night flight
