Ehr schönes Weingut mit wenig motiviertem Personal
Sehr schönes, stilvolles, ruhiges und abgelegenes Kleinhotel/Agroturismo/Masseria mit guter Küche à la carte und mässigem Frühstück. Das Personal wirkte mit Ausnahmen nicht motiviert und war auch nicht freundlich

Weingut mit Ausblick
Schöne Anlage, einsam und ruhig gelegen (nah gelegene Autobahn nicht wahrnehmbar). Gutes Restaurant, Bar auf dem Hügel (leider nur am Wochenende geöffnet) mit atemberaubendem Ausblick auf Sonnenuntergang.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich abseits einer größeren Ortschaft in den Weinbergen und ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Das Personal am Empfang machte bei der Ankunft nur die nötigste Einweisung, einem Messehotel gleich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu teuer für das gebotene.

Rigenerante e vino davvero di qualità
Il baglio si trova immerso nel verde e si respira un'aria paradisiaca, davvero rigrnerante... peccato la vicinanza eccessiva all'autostrada ma nonostante tutto non abbiamo sentito chissà quali rumori di macchine. Abbiamo fatto la degustazione vini e considerando che io e il mio compagno ne abbiamo fatte parecchie ci sentiamo di dire quanto questa sia stata di qualità, per nulla approssimativa, anzi... Il sommelier preparatissimo, ci ha tenuto a spiegarci tutto con una passione che si percepiva in ogni singola parola e a mostrarci persino le diverse tipologie di terreno in cui crescono i loro vigneti, mostrando anche fessibilità e disponibilità alla nostra richiesta di poter cambiare uno dei vini compresi nella degustazione considerando che lo conoscevamo già. Anche il ristorante ottimo, abbinamenti ricercati e pesce fresco. L'unica pecca che vogliamo segnalare consiste nella poca pulizia delle stanze adibite al pernottamento: la nostra era parecchio impolverata ma considerati i dettagli eccellenti di tutto il resto del soggiorno, ci sentiamo comunque di potere chiudere un occhio su questo. Lo consiglieremo vivamente e consiglieremo i vini Firriato, di cui ci siamo perdutamente innamorati.

Non posso dare un giudizio, non ho potuto andare, avrei voluto annullare come da richiesta fatta a voi 1 minuto dopo aver prenotato per errore in quanto Expedia mi ha proposto date diverse da quelle desiderate e dunque ho prenotato pagato e non goduto il soggiorno. Ho avuto corrispondenza con la struttura che mi ha detto che non si poteva fare nulla in quanto si trattava di una offerta senza possibilità di cancellazione e tutto dipendeva da expedia. Concludo: questa estate come le ultime 3 ho prenotato vacanze e Hotel tramite booking per un importo (solo ad agosto di più di 8.000€) ho tentato di utilizzare expedia per provare a vedere le differenze... Non sto qui a spiegarvi come e con chi prenoterò le prossime vacanze. Godetevi i 165 €, Buona vita.

Hotel molto confortevole e pulito, curato in ogni dettaglio e con personale competente e cordiale. Piscina gradevole e sentieri ameni lungo l'appezzamento di terreno. Cena-degustazione vini di ottima qualità, ma con pagamento di extra, come la seconda bottiglia d'acqua. Assenza di ascensore per le camere. Rapporto qualità-prezzo migliorabile

A causa della crisi del Covid ho dovuto rimandare il mio soggiorno a fine agosto e per colpa di un disguido tecnico o di un errore mio, la prenotazione non risultava cancellata. L'hotel non ha voluto sapere niente, come se avessimo mangiato, bevuto e usato la struttura per due notti

The property itself is very beautiful. Surrounded by the gorgeous landscape. Pool was good but there’s no server to order drinks or food. You have to get towels from front desk. Lady at the front desk didn’t tell me about it when I asked her how to get to the pool. So I had to walk back to get one from her after one guest at the pool told me how to get a towel. Annoying. We walked to the wine bar on top of the hill. OMG the view was breathtaking! We took so many gorgeous sunset videos and photos from there. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. They were busy and full but service was pretty good compare to all high end restaurants we stopped by in every towns we’ve stayed. Especially our server, Joseph was “really” good. ( He said he works for the hotel owner for 30years ) He explained to us about Sicilian wines and ingredients. Presentation of the food and everything was tasteful. Breakfast was just okay.. Watermelon and kiwi were old. ( I didn't understand why they even wanted to serve them at all. ) They have a cheap instant coffee in room. ( my first time to see instant coffee at a hotel room in Italy ) , cheap shampoo, walls were thin and I could hear the next door was using toilet all the time. WiFi was super fast. When we checked out, the lady at the front was the nicest among all three ladies we met at the front desk. But she didn’t offer a ride back to the parking lot. This place could be better if they can provide better service.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The service and overall quality is not - had better at 3 star hotels. Food menu very limited - they make a big song and dance about a fancy chef - he struggled to make a tuna salad which took over 45 mins to make. The mains look fancy, but the food isn’t nice. The chef is young and ambitious, but his skills are lacking. Things missing in room - no towel for pool even though flyer in room said there would be one. Cleaning service didn’t replace towels when asked, just folded dirty towel from floor and said it was fresh (it was stained so I knew it was the same towel). The bar at the top of the hill. Closed.

Some staff members were not very nice or at times nowhere to be found. Room not very clean with little amenities. Furniture is shabby. Found 3 worms in the room during stay and when I complained I was given an answer that seemed standard for ALL guests. “We are in the countryside so what do you expect!” The person who served us breakfast was great. He remembered everything and was super nice and the property outside is ok.

We respect your point of view but we are absolutely certain that this staff is made up of real professionals and that what distinguishes them is the rule of full hospitality. With regard to the rooms, it must be emphasized that our Resort is located in the middle of the vineyards, in the open countryside, and it is therefore natural to find insects, but this does not take away from the fact that our housekeepers are constantly available to take care of and clean the smallest details our structure. We invite you to come and visit us again at our hotel and you will see that many of the problems you mentioned can be customized to your liking. POSTO INCANTEVOLE
Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni in questo baglio ristrutturato meravigliosamente e immerso nella splendida campagna trapanese. Pace e silenzio lo caratterizzano. La posizione è perfetta per poter visitare questa zona della Sicilia. Il personale è gentilissimo e attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Abbiamo anche cenato tutte le sere presso il ristorante, scegliendo ogni volta piatti diversi: tutti ottimi e particolari! L’unico dispiacere è quello di non essere riusciti a godere dell’area piscina e del wine bar in cima alla collina in quanto le giornate erano ancora troppo fresche. Un motivo in più per tornare! Consigliato!

En el medio de los viñeros
Hotel rural de clase superior, moderno con habitaciones amplias y con vistas a los viñeros. Es una pena que no tengan un programa de visitas a sus bodegas. Solamente se limitan a probar 6 de sus vinos diferentes en su enoteca. El restaurante, decorado de muy bien gusto, ofrece unos menus gastronomicos y la calidad de los platos es excelente como esta también el servicio. En nuestra habitación nos faltaba una plancha y albornoces/chanclas) para ir la maravillosa piscina. Queremos añadir que en este clase de hotel echamos de menos una sala de fitness y un spa. En total, este hotel es muy buen hotel y merece su estancia principalmente por su posición, su restaurante gastronómico y la gentileza de los empleados.

Beautiful secluded gem
Baglio Sorìa is a well hidden small hotel in the beautiful countryside of western sicily‘s wine country. Its pretty stonebuildings fit nicely into the rolling hills and offer a generousview over vineyards and olive groves. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Make sure to book a wine tasting to discover the wines of Firriato, the winery to which the hotel belongs. It is great fun and offers a very enjoyable introduction to Sicily’s vibrant wine culture. Highly recommended.
