We specifically asked for a quiet room and were unfortunately given what was probably the noisiest room in the building (between elevator shafts and near the roof). We tried to get a quieter room but were told we'd have to wait until the next day. With all the mechanical noise, we had a sleepless night. The next day, they did move us to a better room but it was freezing unless we cranked the heat up to 25 degrees. Another bad night. It would have been nice to receive some sort of acknowledgment of the discomfort and disappointment, caused by our initial room, and the trouble and inconvenience of having to move. Otherwise, the hotel location itself is great and the staff are friendly.
