Fantastisches,etwas teures Hotel, seine 5* wert
Sehr schönes Hotel etwa 2km vom Zentrum dadurch bessere Aussicht und nicht in den Schluchten der Wolkenkratzer im Zentrum Torontos. Seenähe, Parks. Hotel ist ca. 5 Jahre alt, sehr sauber und gut erhalten. Leider teuer. Frühstücksraum eher eine kühle Bar, Restaurant war an 3 Tagen abends nur für private events geöffnet, aber Essen wurde in die Bar gebracht. Gut geheizter Pool auf dem Dach ca. 30°C, phantastische Aussicht. Rascher Service.

Booked here to celebrate our anniversary. Check-in staff was a bit "checked out" — no information about the hotel or its amenities, we spent an hour walking around the building only to discover lots of areas were closed because of a private event that night. Hotel staff recommended grabbing a coffee at a cafe on the 2nd floor that was closed…finally we found ourselves at Roses…completely empty yet staff was inattentive…took 20 min for a coffee to arrive.

The hotel was very clean and modern. Overall my stay was good. But the one lacking area if you are a Foodie, I do not recommend the restaurant there. The service was terrible, had to chase down my server for dinner several times, where I had to get up out of my seat to find them. I was hoping when we went back for breakfast we had a different server, which we did but the experience was the exact same. They brought coffee with no milk and sugar, did not check up on us after the food was brought when we needed an extra plate for our child. The restaurant wasn’t busy, times like this you can take advantage and give the best service. We told the manager but he seemed very inexperienced on how to handle bad service. Just wasn’t good. For what you pay it’s not worth it. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry 10 years, and it’s not hard to serve a table. All you have to do is smile and check in on your guests. Something as simple as that could not be done. We wanted to go for Mother’s Day but after that experience I will not be going back again.

I have stayed at HotelX on a few occasions and they deliver everytime. Whether it’s the vibe and location for Caribana or the exceptional when convenience attending business events at the Enercare centre, HotelX is definitely my top T.O. Hotel pick. Their desk and bell staff are excellent and this most recent time I’m giving them 5* for helping me to manage my food allergies safely - thank you for the extra accommodation and attention! We’ll be back!

The checking experience was not good. This is my first time at this property. I normally stay Hyatt or Ritz It was booked to use their car that they have at the hotel came down to use it. It wasn’t there. Waited 20 minutes. Grabbed an Uber.

The time that you were looking to book the house car was already reserved by another guest. We were happy to accommodate your request to join in with another guest and we were able to reserve a ride for you, then we received your request for a different time unfortunately, the house car was not available at the time and we were not able to take your request as the route to your destination had traffic which would have caused a delay in the booking for the other guests.
