The people that worked there were wonderful , however there were several broken items in my room

The staff was nice. Room was clean. It was quiet , didn’t hear other guest or street noise.

Stayed in several rooms as a group. One room didn't have a knob on the inside of the door and had to use something to pry the door open to get out. Another room had no hot water ever, another had no water pressure. One room had mold behind the dresser and now 4 people are sick. Was told the hot tub was out of service because someone puked in it and they weren't cleaning it yet, were there for 3 days and they never cleaned it. None of the vending machines worked. Will not stay again.

We were given a room which had an animal smell at first. We were given a different room. At midnight, someone tried to enter our room with a card key. The only thing to stop this was the top bolt. As I tried to get a coffee in the morning, I was told by the desk clerk to get out and howrude I was after the breakfast manager told me it was ok. We will not be back to the hotel. One of the worst nights spent in a hotel!

The toilet didn’t flush. No cold water in the shower. No hot water at the sink. Vending machine was empty and cold drink machine wouldn’t accept money in any form. Place was filthy and property overgrown with weeds. Just don’t do it!
