Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt abgewohnt. Es wird bereits am äußeren Erscheinungsbild gearbeitet, der Haupteingang wird derzeit renoviert. Es müssten vor allem die Türen und Fliesen in den Gängen und in der gesamten Anlage erneuert werden. Die Betten sind alt, die Matratzen durchgelegen, jedoch wurde meine Matratze auf Anfrage gegen ein komfortableres Modell getauscht und somit war der Mangel behoben. Das Personal ist freundlich, es wird überall gut gereinigt. Es gibt eine schöne Poolanlage, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig, beim Abendessen manchmal sogar recht gut, es findet jeder etwas am Bufett. Man bekommt für kleines Geld eine relativ anständige Leistung, perfekt als Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Die fressenden, saufenden und grölenden Allinklusive-Gäste, überwiegend Engländer, muss man sich einfach wegdenken und gut ist es.

+++ Prinzipiell war alles ok und angemessen. Die Gesamtanlage erscheint gepflegt. Beim Essen findet jeder was gutes für sich. --- Das Zimmer wurde nur teilweise hergerichtet. Mal fehlen die Handücher, Bett unvollständig oder gar nicht gemacht. Vor allem in den letzten Tagen.

I didn't like anything at this resort. Having left the 4 star H10 I was absolutely shocked to arrive here which is also shown as a 4 star. It should be classed as 2 star only. Its 10 mins walk to nearest shop/bar and 30 minute walk to beach. The menu does not cater for vegetarians which we are. I asked for cheese one day to be told there wasn't any (yet there was on most other days). Breakfast is dreadful only cooking omelettes 3 days out of the 8. The hotel leaks when it rains having buckets and towels laid out everywhere. Many guests were smoking cannabis which meant I wasn't able to sit out on my balcony due to the smell. Entertainment absolutely awful The 'Crazy Show' totally not fit for under 12's with cross dressing & phallic props throughout the show. Only 50 guests can fit in the inside bar so unable to watch certain evening entertainment. No soft furnishings to sit on. The amphitheatre is freezing having to sit on stone ledges to watch entertainment. No comfort whatsoever for evenings (or days). Snack bar only serves hotdogs/chips and crusty dry ham & cheese sandwiches. 4 out of our group of 10 had upset stomachs for 3 days each. No tea/coffee in room had to pay £10 to hire kettle. Room facilities do not reach 4 star standards. Not a nice surrounding area for an evening stroll as its set in the middle of a building site.

Value for money! Would stay again!
So after reading reviews I wasn't expecting great things...however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! * Check in: nice & easy, reception staff very helpful and friendly. * Rooms: rooms are a little tired, would certainly benefit from a bit of TLC, however they were clean & spacious. Only had standard room, but was well set out & separate dressing area outside bathroom was perfect for us. Hand soap provided, as was a multi use shower gel/shampoo. Towels changed whenever you want - just pop them in bath and they'll provide fresh. Room attended every day. The only major issue was the lack of plug sockets! * Pool: area always clean, we weren't there in peak season so didn't really have an issue getting sunbeds, although getting them in peak places you needed to get there just before 10am. Towels available from reception for a €10 deposit . * Food / Drink (all inclusive): not really sure why so many have issues with food!!! We ate extremely well for our stay. Breakfast was basic but could get fresh fried eggs and pancakes or omelettes, + standard basics. Lunch & dinner were much better, found myself eating much more than I should!!! No the food isn't hot, it rarely is on AI, there is a microwave to heat it up a bit. Drinks in the day you pay €1 deposit for a plastic cup, just tell them when you want your € back. Not a huge variety of spirits, but drank quite happily 😉 beer was nice. Bar staff were fab! Would of liked a cocktail selection, but no biggy. Fab for price!

EL buffet era muy pobre,mas de un día nos hemos tenido que ir a comer fuera porque no había variedad,era prácticamente todos los dias lo mismo, el todo incluido bastante triste porque no incluye ni agua ni cocteles ni patatas, habiamos estado otro año y era diferente.En el comedor habia cucarachas y en la habitación tuvimos que llamar a recepcion un dia para que nos pusiesen una toalla,otro día para el gel y otro dia para el papel higienico,muy decepcionados

Despite all negative reviews we gave it a try as it was located conveniently. Hotel looks good, clean and staff were great and helpful. Facilities great as well. Big pool outdoor sitting huge restaurant. The only thing hotel could approve on is food. We chose Canarias for delish cuisine and hotel is mostly orientated for tourists from UK or France. Lots of fried food, pasta or pizza etc. Some sea food would be nice or typical Spanish/Canarias menu would be lovely. There was a paella few times but with sea food not so much. Good there was fish options that was good.

Just returned after a 10 night stay Staff were so friendly and helpful Rooms cleaned Everyday,food wasn’t the best but plenty to choose from Breakfast was the best(my personal opinion) Pools were fabulous Drinks were great Location is about a mile away from the main area,about 20/25 mins walk which we didn’t mind ,nice big gym ,crazy golf, table tennis ,volleyball kids club Better than expected from reviews

A nice stay.
Perfectly acceptable hotel. Friendly staff. Good animation team with varying itineraries. Food was varied, but as is common in AI hotels, could have been warmer. Nice pools with slides. Would certainly consider staying again.

El trato al llegar, durante y a la salida, por parte del personal de recepción fue de 10. Me parece de 10 que habiendo realizado el check out, te dejen seguir usando sus instalaciones y te presten una habitación de cortesía para darte una ducha antes de marchar. La piscina está muy bien, buenas instalaciones, pero el tema de las hamacas y las toallas. El horario de la piscina es de 10 a 18, el problema es que hasta las 10 no le quitan los candados a las hamacas, y hay unas peleas…en la vida vi cosa igual. Luego las toallas…te prestan las suyas como en otros complejos hoteleros, pero te piden de fianza 10€ por cada una que pidas(3 somos nosotros…) y si quieres cambiarla, te cobran 1€ que no te devuelven.. El tema de la animación, es escaso y de risa….hacen coreografías que ni ellos mismos saben seguir rítmicamente(de los 6 miembros, sólo se salvan 2). La animación de noche termina a las 23.00, da igual el día. Creo que, al menos viernes y sábado noche, deberían dejar al menos algo de música..no se…es fin de semana y todos los que allí estamos, estamos de vacaciones y con ganas de pasarlo bien. Es bastante deprimente la verdad… Y luego el tema de la comida…Variedad escasa y de mala calidad. El snack-bar era de risa…los mismo sandwiches cada mañana y perritos con patatas cada tarde…El día que también pusieron perritos en la cena, parecía una tomadura de pelo. Las camas hundidas y con unos colchones que dejaban la espalda destrozada al día siguiente. No volveremos

I have fussy eaters and managed to find something for them to eat everyday although the 4 cockroaches in the dining hall that I see on the last day was a bit daunting. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the entertainment is rubbish it starts at half 9 and finishes at 11, no entertainment around the pool in the day. The pool is freezing cold , to the point where my 4 year olds arms as turning purple and hd to get her out!

So where to start...its certainly not a 4* as ive stated in many 4* and it diesnt compare at all...2* is my guess..the rooms are tired n when we asked about the aircon we were told it wasnt used till june. We had a fan but the rooms were red hot. The biggest let down was the food...it was dreadful ans also cold we we had to use a mucrowavw to heat it...the staff were friendly,rooms clean n new towels which is a plus. Would we go back...Never..

El desayuno malo una tostadora para todo el hotel . Para escoger : jamón de barra . queso de barra lonchas de salami y poco más algunos días Bacon y eso cada día En cuanto la comida no fuimos ningún día ya que era muy básica más bien nefasta así que no fuimos. El hotel está viejo y las instalaciones bastante descuidadas. El bufé libre es el peor en el que he estado en mi vida, la comida es de baja calidad, la preparación es mediocre y la presentación es mala. He visto gente recorrerse el comedor intentando buscar algo decente para comer y volver con el plato vacío. Sinceramente ha sido una decepción. El minigolf tiene la hierba estropeada, dos ascensores que se han turnado para funcionar porque todo el tiempo ha habido alguno de los dos estropeados, la animación de la noche patetica, la limpieza de las habitaciones no es diaria y cuando se realiza es mediocre. Y podría seguir.

We didn’t feel welcome in here.We stayed for 8 days the staff wasn’t friendly.At the restaurant everyday the same food you can always eat something but nothing special,nothing to enjoy everyday pork or a chicken legs.at the last day we had evening flight they didn’t provide any shower room for us they said we can freshen up and change the children in the toilet 🚽 that’s demeaning!some of hotels guests offered their room for us to change.this hotel is not 4stars no way!and nothing is like on the pictures.there is no sun beds at the pool only table and chairs no umbrellas,there is no area shuttle,and there is nothing to do in the evening.we stayed in many places many hotels but first time we didn’t feel welcome! Just pay and walk away ......

Leuke hotel / Mooie zwembad / Genoeg ligbedden / Eten is lekker maar heeft meer variaties nodig / Alles is veilig, mondkapje zijn verplicht binnen het hotel en in het restaurant / bedden zijn niet heel comfortabel maar niet slecht / het is heel dichtbij vliegveld maar niet de beste bestemming op het eiland (mooiste stranden zijn in het zuiden en nachtleven is ook beter in de andere steden/dorpen dus een auto huren is wel aan te raden) / we hebben een prima vakantie gehad.

Un personnel très sympathique, réactif et très serviable dans tous les corps de métiers, un buffet varié, un hôtel propre malgré la vétusté de certains équipements tel que la baignoire abimée qui devrait peut être penser à remplacer par des douches pour limiter la consommation d'eau sur une ile désertique. Dommage que la piscine et le jacuzzi ne soient pas chauffés pour que tout le monde en profite toute l'année. Concernant le all inclusive, il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de collation sucrée pour le gouter (uniquement hamburger ou hot dog), les glaces demandent un supplément. malgré la vigilance du personnel, le comportement de certains touristes laissent à désirer certains cassent des verres près des jeux d'enfants voir dans la piscine et ne ramassent les morceaux alors que le climat permet d’être en tong. Il faut mettre des gobelets en plastique partout dans l'établissement. Je recommande cet établissement sans aucun problème.
