Hi there, the installation of air conditioning has allowed our guests to keep windows closed on warm nights which prevents a lot of noise. This maybe something to keep in mind when next you stay. We do get some noise on weekends from the the street on weekends however to offset that customers say to have the whole township at the front door is amazing.

Hi there, car parking in many Motels and Hotels is difficult mainly due to the size of vehicles. We are lucky that most of our parking spaces are good however we agree 6 of them are tight if there a bigger vehicles. When possible we do try to accommodate larger vehicles in easier parks. We hope you stay again.

Morena Louisa Thanks for your review - Mt Maunganui is a major tourist location ... which of course means lots of people. Its a shame that any noise bothered you as our windows are hush glass and just need to be closed. The lane at the back is usually almost unused during evening... but service vehicles do use it from 7am. Unfortunately out of our control. We would love to put QUIET signs up! We do hope you change your mind and visit us again. All the best
