Die Anlage ist einfach toll,so grün,so viel Natur.Frühstück und Abendessen mit Blick auf die Elefanten im Park und morgens schon das Tröten hören 😊 ich Iiebe die Zimmer-so gemütlich! Dort und überall in der Anlage so viel Liebe zum Detail

Die Nähe zu den Elefanten war etwas ganz besonderes. Die Tiere arbeiten den ganzen Tag mit ihren Pflegern für die Touristen, aber sie machten auf uns einen sehr ausgeglichenen Eindruck. Auch die Pfleger gingen auffallend sanft und liebevoll mit den Tieren um. Kein Tier schwankte und wackelte so wie in den Zoos. Das Essen im Restaurant fanden wir allerdings für die überteuerten Preise nur mittelmäßig.

Tolles Hotel, etwas abseits gelegen. Super Küche
Es wird viel Programm geboten und es gibt tolle Annehmlichkeiten im Hotel, vom Service & den Mitarbeitern. Die Tiere müssen einiges für die Gäste im Park & vom Hotel tun - das Training ist sicherlich nicht immer mit Zuckerlecken verbunden. Auch, dass sie an kurzen Fußketten angebunden sind, hat uns nicht gut gefallen...

My stay and experience here was once in a lifetime with the elephants. There is so much peace, they take great care of them and the staff is so attentive. I had amazing breakfast, dinner, elephant rides and feeding experience. Even my room was so cute and the views wow!

Everything was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. From check-in to check-out. The staff are ALL top level. The accommodation is beautiful. The elephant ride was memorable. Thank you Mason Safari Park for your attention to detail in everything.

Staying at Mason Elephant Lodge was such a magical experience! It was so nice to just hang with the elephants, feed them and just experience their beauty. The park is clean, the staff were all lovely and were obviously there because of their love for the elephants. Our room was really nice. They delivered a plate of fruit to our room after we were settled in. A really nice touch! We arranged to go on the sunset safari with dinner. The elephant picked us up at our room, we rode him through a forest area and arrived at our outdoor dining area for a wonderful gourmet dinner. The elephants were eating their dinner just on the other side of the fence where we sat for dinner. Honestly what more could we ask for! The lodge has a lovely pool and a couple of dining options. I expected food to cost a lot more, and found their prices to be reasonable. It really was an amazing experience!

Séjour fantastique ! Nous sommes juste venues pour une nuit pour découvrir l'hôtel et surtout voir les éléphants. Le parc est accessible la journée au public mais le soir, à partir de 18h un éléphant vient chercher les clients de l'hôtel pour les conduire à leur table extérieure qui donne vue sur les éléphants. C'est magique ! Les animaux sont extrêmement bien traités et nourris, c'est incroyable de pouvoir les toucher et les voir profiter de la réserve.

This property is located above UBUD at TARO. Since it is secluded and dense forest you need to have your own vehicle because Gojek & Grab are not easily avilable. We had an smooth check - in & the staff was cooperative and spoke fluent English. Our room was Standard but had all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Later the receptionist informed us that they are offering complimentary elephant ride to their restaurant for Ala carte dinner. We really loved it as the experience was amazing & new for us. We really enjoyed the ride. Next day was our check out so we asked the receptionist to arrange elephant ride at 9 a.m & they oblige. We enjoyed our ride & the elephant was very friendly & calm. My conclusion for this elephant park is that one should visit this park for an different experience and if you want to have close touch with elephants.

This property is a terrible place. We arrived after booking the 'Luxury Suite' to all be thrown into communal accommodation, one big room for our family. We had to sit in the dark from 7pm whilst our young children slept. It was supposed to be a working holiday, we were unable to work that evening. We stayed 1 night as the children were tired after the 3 hour drive. We saw the elephant trainers using excessive force on the elephants (metal spikes) which they say they do not do on the website. The elephants are also chained up for the majority of the day. The hotel agreed to refund us the 5 night balance upon checkout, and we found alternate accommodation. Now, they are saying that they told us on the day that we would not be receiving a refund. We are now trying to retrieve the agreed refund through Expedia. We are deeply disappointed and in disbelief. I would not recommend this accommodation to anybody. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nice place!
Really nice place in the Bali countryside and it comes with elephants too! You can ride, wash and feed the elephants I plus you can get a ride to dinner on one!

The elephants were amazing, the grounds immaculate and beautifully landscaped. All of the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. My only concern was the mustiness in our room. The air conditioning cooled sufficiently, but there was still too much moisture, making it difficult to sleep well. I would rather have had a room with operable windows and a mosquito net for the bed.
