Great place. Value for money
Veröffentlicht am 08.09.2018 auf HotelsGreat value for money. We booked very late, the night before. The owners were very apologetic about the 15min wait, and were exceedingly nice. The Michelin star restaurant across the road has great proprietors too - who let us wait in their reception with our bags.. Thanks! The room was comfortable and large, and kitchen was adequately equipped for our pasta and coffee making. Situated 7-10min away from the main street, it is a downhill walk... However, with adequate free parking outside, this is actually better than staying closer if you have a car. Bathroom needs to be updated / modernized, and larger shower curtains fitted to prevent outflow of water. Easily rectifiable. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Il bagno è senza riscaldamento totalmente quindi impossibile spogliarsi.

Veröffentlicht am 24.08.2017 auf HotelsNo. Non andate. Io non voglio mai andare nei b&b perché paghi anche più e non c'è servizio. Casa fiorita e' la prova che ho ragione. Ma noto era tutta piena di gente e non ho potuto avere un hotel. I padroni di casa vogliono turar su un po' di soldi facilmente.

Mi sono sentito ospite di una gentile e cordiale signora a pochi passi dal centro di Noto.
Più che una camera era un mini-appartamento di stile antica Sicilia.
Letto comodo, cucina a disposizione, il bagno piccolo ma funzionale.
Manca la TV ma non ce ne stato bisogno

Small B&B with local flavor

The delightful hosts spoke very little English but since I knew a little Italian we got it worked out. The hosts were not on site. It is on-street parking and the B&B is located in a residential district and is indistinct from other buildings except for the sign above the door.. The building is old (naturally), but has air conditioning and a TV. I was given a two litre bottle of water kept in a small growling refrigerator. The bathroom is modern, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is supplied right across the street at the local bar/trattoria. There is a plaza a block away which was filled with locals (mostly men) in the evening. In my opinion, La Casa Fiorita would be for the adventurous and is basically a bedroom as most B&Bs are.
