Our room faced the main road & it was so noisy, you felt like sitting on the road. The windows were not insulated, it was very drafty & cold.
The bathroom was so small - we are not big people - but you barely were able to move & it had the smallest sink I ever have seen. Impossible to brush your teeth or wash you face without getting the floor around it all wet.
Overall a very disappointed stay.

Kleines schönes Hotel, freundliches hilfsbereites Personal
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, aber sauber; die tolle Dachterasse war ein guter Ausgleich
Nur 2 min bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle und viele Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten

We felt like family here! This was our second stay - our first stay was five years ago - and it was every bit as home-like, friendly, comfortable, affordable, and beautiful as before, even with troubles like COVID and economic difficulties having taken place in the meantime. The breakfast menu included with our room had diverse options, and the quality was excellent. Although this property welcomes dogs, we did not hear barking nor see messes anywhere…we enjoyed seeing the beautifully behaved dogs who were guests there, though! I wholeheartedly recommend this warmly welcoming boutique hotel and am eager to have reason to return to Sydney so we can stay here again.

Our first stay in a boutique hotel was very pleasant. Room #10 was pretty spacious, clean, bed was comfortable, A/C worked great. Nice little private patio. Slight sewage smell comes from drain in bathroom floor, and no way to vent it - no window to open and no exhaust fan. Breakfast was tasty and a nice plus. Quiet tree lined streets. Within a 3 minute walk to bus stops.

Make sure you can check in before 3pm to meet the staff and start your stay with a friendly hello.
Yes the rooms are a little smaller than usual but the price is good for the area and the breakfast is convenient and fast.
Downs some time chatting with the great staff

Great location. Small bathrooms. Questionable cleanliness.
We stayed one night for a concert at Moore Park. Check-in was relatively smooth. Staff were all very pleasant, and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. The room, however, wasn't clean.
The small bathroom had inadequate extraction and no window, causing it to quickly fill with steam when used. Consequently, the bathroom had a notably musty smell and the grout and door frame were covered in flecs of mold. Additionally, normal use of the shower resulted in water covering the floor, quickly overwhelming the somewhat inadequate bath mat provided. On entry the toilet had also not been cleaned under the seat.
The curtains and chairs in the front area of the room were also stained and seemingly not recently cleaned.

Good location to walk to the cricket!!!!! Room was clean bathroom was very compact but was very clean
