Dear guest,Thank you for your review.Regarding hearing noises inside the capsule, we are sorry about that, we also offer free earplugs in case you need it. We are not allowed to lock the capsules due to Fire & Safety Regulation of NSW, that's also why we provide a locker outside the capsule, so the guests can store all their belongings safely.

Dear Guest, It is mentioned on every booking website, that all our Capsules can not be locked because of fire safety.Also if your locker does not lock, you are welcoem to let our receptionist staff know and we will fix it right away. Dear guest,We provide memory foam mattress which will more softener than a standard mattress. However, extra pillows and duvet are available on level 3 reception. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to provide you with more information to assist you in your quest.We will pass your feedback to the management and our housekeepers to make sure that they do clean the bathrooms and the rooms thoroughly as cleanliness are our priority and also maintain the high standard of the cleanliness. As the bathrooms and toilets are also for share it maybe the previous guest has used it before we do have regular schedule for the housekeeping to clean it every day without fail. We also offer free earplugs at the reception in case someone needs it. The windows must remain shut, we hope that our staff was made aware of it, guests are not allowed to leave the windows open.
