Sehr schöne Zimmer
Sehr schöne Zimmer, die mit Balkon sind sehr großzügig gestaltet und haben eine kleine Küche dabei. In der Umgebung befinden sich unzählige Restaurants.

Super Lage
Das Hotel liegt sehr gut mitten im Zentrum und es gibt unzählige Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind super geräumig und komfortabel. Die Betten sehr bequem und es gibt ein großes Bad + Mini Küche.

Günstig und gut gelegen.
Das serviced appartment ist sehr gut gelegen: Nähe Chinese garden, darling harbour und chinese town. Die Schallisolation der Fenster haben wir als sehr gut empfunden. Das französische Bett war wunderbar weich. Die 2 Herdplatten und die eine Pfanne haben wir nicht benützt. Sie sollten dringend ersetzt werden. Ansonsten war alles ok und die Receptionisten sehr freundlich.

Sehr gute und zugleich ruhige Lage.
Darling Habour und Light Rail nicht weit weg zu fuß. Dadurch gute Anbindung zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen dieses Hotel!

Convenient location to things this end of town but the rooms we had were discusting. Old furniture old carpet which had a smell and the bed matress had no support. one of the two rooms had huge holes in the bedroom walls and the balcony was covered in black stuff never been cleaned, many more bad things to say not worth my time. Save your money and go to another hotel.

There was only 1 towel provided on arrival (The booking was for 2 people). There was no Tea Towel to dry the cups and plates/bowels.

There were a lot of problems with this property. The air conditioning didnt work. It said it was on, but the room was still quite hot. The internet went down for 2 days and was spotty after that, which meant I couldnt do a lot of the work I had scheduled. There were no tea towels to dry dishes, no dish drainer. You got one towel and that was it. It was a very cheap facility.

Horrible!!
I have never had such a terrible experience in my life. Despite changing the rooms, air-conditioning didn't work. Hotel didn't provide any hand towels and for 2 adults only 1 towel was provided. Property is outdated and needs desperate repair and upgrading. Vent over the shower was digusting and bath tub had rusty stains. I am never staying at this facility ever.

Such a disappointment. Bad WiFi, lukewarm water, not enough pillows and towels, tiny tv barely attached to the wall with poor reception, advertised as generous queen bed but only a double, ineffective air con.

Unfortunately this property is quite run down. Although a convenient location I would spend the extra dollars to get a clean and comfortable room. The money I saved unfortunately will go towards a chiropractor as the bed was very saggy and rolled in.

Stayed for a long weekend to attend an expo. The one bedroom is large and would easily accommodate 2 ad 1 ch. The kitchen was small with the basics supplied. The bathroom drains smelt like they need a clean out (place floor mat and sink plugs to stop the smell ) and the plastic shower mat provided was mouldy on the base. Location wise hotel was perfect to explore Sydney cbd, Chinatown and darling harbour.

Disappointing
Phone didn’t work and not replaced. Not cleaned for 2 days so food left in the bin and no clean towels. Aircon didn’t make any difference to the room temp and vents had never been cleaned. Colleague had cockroach in her room.

The only thing that was good about this property was the location. The airconditioning didnt work properly, the bed sunk in the middle, there was food left on the floor, there was only one bowl and one plate for a 2 person apartment, the whole facility smelt like burnt oil from the cookers down stairs and it was extremely strong, and the whole facility needed some serious updates and maintenance. And, i still have not received my holding deposit back. If you want basic, simple low standard accomodation with a great location, than this place is it

Shower was FREEZING cold and the shower and bath faucet ran in sync and couldn’t be changed - I paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1 because I couldn’t think of anything worse than showering in the middle of winter in a freezing cold shower. Would give this property a 1 star rating.

The room was pretty basic & bad wifi access in most places in the room (on the 7th floor). Didn't find it very tidy & wasn't the best comms from their staff, especially when the wifi issue was shared with them. The location IS good with good food joints & train stations close by.

If you set your expectations low - you won't be too disappointed. The rooms (although they are described as suites) are a good size but maintenance and cleanliness are absent. We had to be moved from our first room due to a good size water leak which they tried to cover up, placing a towel under the leaking pipe. Guess, it works for them till the towel is soaked! Be aware that even if you book with pay at the hotel option - you will be charged before check-in. You are pretty much ignored by front desk staff when you enter and exit the hotel. Was a great location but that is all that is positive about this place.

Rooms are very dated. Housekeeping standard was very low. Dirty floor, hair in the shower. Shower curtians with mould spots. Heaps of noise at night, very difficult to sleep. Would not recommend. I won't be staying here again .

Back to the 80s
A hotel that in 1980 would have been amazing but neglect and lack of amenities within the room show it hasn’t kept up with the times. Great potential is the best you can say. Even looking at chairs in reception, the velvet has worn away from all the sweaty heads over the years and never been replaced

Centrally located near Chinatown and Darling Harbour, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was nice and big, however it is a bit outdated and in need of upgrades (e.g. the bedroom wall had holes and damage in the plasterboard from another guest. The bathtub was also chipped). Overall, a good place to stay in the heart of Sydney

I would not stay there again
The shower head was not attached to wall so could only shower holding the shower head. The bed was very soft with a dip in middle, no good for anyone with back problems. The door was difficult to open and needed to be pushed or jerked very hard to open. Reception was not occupied on several occasions.

The only plus for this property is location.We paid for a DELUX apartment however this was not in anyway DELUX. There were a number of things wrong. Paintwork dated and marked, build up of dust on power outlets, skirtings and door frames and air conditioning vents. Hole in wall. In bedroom where a television had been removed and the ducting for power cable to TV was still in place. Lost power to kitchen for nearly 3 days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) this meant we had to find an alternative way to boil the kettle, could not use the microwave or rangehood, fridge was in poor condition, shelves missing door held on by make shift bracket, kickboard missing under kitchen units. Bath tub had a rust mark and a chipped surface. Found inappropriate items left in wardrobe and desk draw, these were sex related. Only room servicing we recieved was the changing of towels in the bathroom emptying of rubbish bins and topping up of tea and coffee, bedding was not changed during our stay. There was no visiter information book. Commonication was reception staff was very difficult, when we told them about the power loss in the kitchen area they kept saying they would have to speak to the manager and because it was the weekend they said an electrician would not be available even though we expressed the urgency. There was never any pleasenties as we came and went.
