Zimmer sind Sauber und groß Frühstück eher mittelm
Aufenthalt war gut aber das Frühstück lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Für so ein Hotel müsste es frisch gepresste Säfte geben kein Saftkonzentrat, Brotauswahl ist dürftig, zu den Eiern sollte es auch Pilze Tomaten Paprika Käse usw. geben. Service ist fragwürdig und die Plastikstühle passen überhaupt nicht zu einen 5 Sterne Hotel

It is always a disappointment to the team to receive negative feedback as all of us are very proud of the services and facilities that we offer at the Grand Pacific Hotel, and we really do want all of our guests to have a memorable (for the right reasons!) visit. Please accept my most sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and my assurances that your comments will be discussed in detail with the team to better help avoid a recurrence. On the breakfast buffet we have a juice extractor & fresh juice station along with 2 types of cheese and types of cold meat. Regrettably the day you joined us for breakfast there was an issue with the bakery and only sliced bread available, however generally there is around 6 types of freshly baked breads. The staff made this stay exceptional. Welcoming and friendly from the concierge’s first greeting, to dining staff and reception. They all put a smile on my face.

I just loved staying there - I have seen the GPH for years and never had an opportunity to stay, so this was a special occurrence. It did not disappoint - the staff were wonderful, helpful and personalized the experience by remembering us at breakfast the second morning! It is the little things like that, that make the stay so wonderful. Vinaka!
