We had an amazing time at Margaritaville St Thomas!! The staff was great and they offered us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra fee. Tonia was so nice and really helped my family have the best vacation ever! The resort was so clean, the food was delicious and the facilities were great! There was seaweed on the beach but they were trying to keep it cleaned up. It's not the best beach to swim, but if you walk about 3 minutes there is the best beach called Coki Beach. Amazing snorkeling and the water is beautiful. This resort is in such a great location too! I would totally recommend this resort and make sure to ask for Tonia! She is the BEST!

What an amazing time I had at this property. So many beaches just under 2.0 miles of this place. Beautiful views on property and the staff was super nice. I honestly don’t have any complaints. Would for sure stay here again. Best to rent a car if you ask me. The island is small so with a car you can explore everything.

"Party all the time" hotel. Always noisy. Non-smoking rule not well enforced at units and patios. Built on a hill, so always needed a golf car ride everywhere - long waits sometimes. Unit is OK shape, but was not ready for check-in, and no accommodation was provided. Beach unusable. Restaurant menu low quality. Very average for the price.

More shuttles are needed. The rooms can be very high and far fromnthe lobby area. Constant marijuana smell almost[ 24/7 in all common areas and on our balcony. Good qulaity food, but Limited menu in the restaurant. Staff were very very nice, especially Mone at the front desk. Parking our rental car was not so easy, as it was usually a long way from the lobby and our room. This is s vacation club, so be aware that there is no daily room cleaning service. You can request additional clean towels and toiletries. Nobody uses the hotel beach, but Coki beach is a few minute walk and very lovely.

Property was gorgeous. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Above average accommodations. The room was very nice. However, the noise level seemed very high, for such a nice resort. The construction was obviously not conducive to noise reduction. We loved the beds. Very comfortable. As far as resorts, we were very pleased with the staff and the overall experience. What was lacking was the typical resort stay’s lack of ease in getting around the property and available amenities. Overall, very pleasant, but typical in resort operation.

My sister and I stayed at this resort for 5 days. We felt very safe and felt there was plenty to do. There were always taxis available, a bit pricey but very covenient. This property is very hilly and lots of stairs, so be prepared to wait for a golfcart shuttle or walk many many steps. My only complaints would be the hard sell at check in for the timeshare. I am pretty comfortable saying no but I heard many other guests getting very frustrated at the constant need to say no. The other is the fact that they didn't empty our trash or drop fresh towels at any point. You had to call to have these services done and I never could figure out if there was a charge, so we used the same towels and had a very full trash. The staff was very friendly and helpful all through the resort. I would stay here again and would recommend this property to family and friends

We loved it here. The amenities were great, we enjoyed both pools and loved that they stayed open until 10. Plenty of bars and the restaurant and coffee shop were great. We rented a car so we were able to travel to other restaurants when we wanted something different. The beach was extremely sea-weedy but the resort is a short walk to Coki beach, so we didn’t mind. The staff was always extremely nice. Our room was great as well.

The area around the property is in good condition. There is a lot of seaweed that gets on the beach. That’s Mother Nature can’t control that. Otherwise the property is very well Landscaped and clean.

The property overall was nice, the rooms were beautiful and so was the rest of the property. Great restaurant and the 2 pools were fantastic.. The downfall would be there was a lot of seaweed on the beach and it didn’t seem like the staff was making an effort to clean it up. We felt that there was a lack of communication from the staff in regards to property information. But overall- very good experience.

I love how Coki beach was in walking distance. I did not like the service my family and I received at the main restaurant. When I was trying to check out no one was at the front desk had to wait about 10-12 min before I was assisted.

Very clean rooms and surrounding buildings, we had excellent service from the entire staff, and we really enjoyed the food at their restaurant. The grounds are so pretty, and we loved our stay here! Everything from the food and the people were great. The room accommodation was pretty Standard. The hotel is beautiful with the exception of the pool bathroom that can use a major upgrade. The concierge a young mother with two preteens i wish i remember her name was amazing. She provided me with easter event's happening on the island for my daughters. The bartender in the hilltop pool a bald man with a beard was very Rude. He was the only staff members that was not friendly. The only reason i dont give it 5 stars is because the bellman shuttle service was horrible when they did show up they were completely filled. There was not enough to cover the entire resort. Anytime I spoke with another guest, the lack of resort shuttles was the biggest topic.

Overall, the property is okay. However, there are a few areas of improvement. The shower leaked around the bottom, and there were a couple of small bugs on the kitchenette counter. The restaurant kitchen staff is slow. My family and I waited 30–45 minutes for our food. The first time, the order was wrong, and the second time, the food was cold. I would recommend adding another restaurant. The cafe on the property needs to increase the variety of snack options. The golf cart shuttle service was very slow. My family waited 30-45 after check-in to be taken to our room.

room was perfect for stay on caribean island. It was well stocked with full sized fridge and even a dishwasher; wonderful views. staff was friendly and helpful. restaurant was suprisingly good and reasonable. snorkling and sunset cruises which departed from the property were wonderful. free parking was a bit of a walk but was always available. the carnival on the six string stage was nice, good live entertainment overall. hope to stay here again soon.

Very beautiful ,love this place! Although the evening of March 18th there was a waiting line for people at least 20 waiting for a ride back to their room there were only two people working the gulf carts after a half hour we finally got our ride way up top to our room and the driver of the gulf cart was miserable,we still tipped him but as we got out of the cart he got a call to pick more people up and he threw a temper tantrum very childish

I would have given a slightly better rating had it not been for our check-in experience at the resort. A staff member informed us that because we got the room through Expedia and not directly through the resort, “there was an expectation” that we attend the “Marguerittaville Experience” during our stay. This was a timeshare presentation. When I said that we did not want to spend our family vacation time on such a thing, she turned unpleasant and said she would “mark us down as refusing” and the warm smile that greeted us, turned into a scowl. we paid close to $6,000 for six nights, (including flights for four from DC) and I am not going to be told how I spend my vacation. It was a miserable start to our trip. The first night, we had to call five times to get bedding for the sofa bed which was pretty annoying. Don’t come here for the beach, the ocean is murky and Coki beach nearby was covered in trash - beer bottles and discarded fast food containers. The pool was fun for the kids, some of the staff were friendly and the resort grounds were in good shape but we wouldn’t return here:
