Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt und zur Pier. Das Gebäude hat durchaus Charme aber auch diverse Instandhaltungsprobleme. Fenster lassen sich zwar zum öffnen aufschieben, bleiben aber nicht offen (blöd im Bad). Preis-Leistung ist top. Parken im Parkhaus um die Ecke zu sehr vernünftigen Tagesraten. Wir würden wieder buchen.

It was perfectly located for night life and dining options. Parking was within walking distance and fairly priced.

This property has NO convenient parking. I got little to no help finding parking when I called. It was a good shlep to the closest parking garage with all my luggage. If you are looking to stay in the middle of things it's a good choice. I wasn't a fan of the weird garage sale quality furniture in my room or the lack of any rug or soft covering on the floor. Would be fine for the young and young at heart. Not my cup of tea.

Bathroom shower doors scummy, floors needed swipt found dusty hair balls on the floors, to much light coming threw curtains, old and beat up.

You cannot beat the location. You are right in city center St. Pete. It made the condition of the room, (not cleanliness, it felt clean) so much as the build/age. Very small bathroom and a smell of mold. This hotel could charge a lot more per night if they put some money in upgrading the place.
