The Crowne is one of the only hotels in Springfield that has a pool & hot tub so we’ve booked with them for years now. Always a 10/10 experience unless the hot tub is down lol.

The view on the top floor balcony is nice....but if your needing something to drink other than alcohol dont expect to pay cash. They will tell you they are no bank

Huge lobby, easy to get to from interstate. Nice pool, gym was clean. There are food options in the hotel. And EXCELLENT BAR!

Bathroom had a significant amount of long dark hair on the floor. Night stand, marble part, had cup stains indicating that they weren’t properly cleaned. Elevators floors were very dirty.

A/c not working right in first room, had to move to another. Same issue in 2nd room but it was midnight by the time we discovered this. Suffered through the night with little sleep. At check out we were given an apology and that's it. We literally had to take a nap in our van before driving home.

They need to update the website, the room i received was not the room that I at reservation for ,the room i had reservation for didn't even exist but they has it advertised any way had to settle for something else without any compensation for thier false advertising very piss poor on crowne plaza,will not goback!,,

Lousy Room
The bathroom smelled like mold and mildew. You can tell the room above had an overflow from the peeling of plaster on the ceiling. I had taken a shower the within 2 hours of arrival and luckily I had the door safety latch on because one of the workers open the door. I would never stay at the Crowne Plaza AGAIN.

The pool and hot tub were great. The first room we were in, well, they shouldnt rent it out, period. It was an odd shaped room with a weird spot for the tv...which was about to fall off the wall. And the window whistled eerily from the wind. I let Keesha know at the front desk, and she quickly remedied the situation and switched us to another room. Another issue was breakfast. I thought we would get a cooked to order breakfast. But, it is just like other hotels' free warm breakfasts but with a few more options. This place charges $15! All in all, it was a nice stay. Hooters is on the other side of the parking lot, along with red lobster and ihop. It is an industrial area so, not much shopping. Oh! The hydo massage chairs were nice after a long drive!

Beautiful entrance with easy parking and access. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms could be a little more update but were clean. I had to go up 2 floors to find a working ice machine but otherwise it was an enjoyable experience.

Property failed to inform me that they're pool. Hot tub and other amenities were not functioning and have not been for a very long time. The first room that they put me in the heater did not even work. No way this hotel is a 4 star hotel. No bellhop, no customer serservice whatsoever.

Shower was Not clean. Only one elevator was working and there was a convention and a wedding when I was there. I had to use stairs to floor 6. The worst part was I was woke up twice by cleaning staff at 8am and 830am, literally knocking on my door asking if they could clean. I had a terrible experience and the staff didn’t do anything but laugh. I do Not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Didnt get our reserved room settled for a double queen bad idea we have a king bed and are used to it.Elevators were very slow due to broken equipment.They facility is dated to say the least.Breakfast was ok at best.We will not return to this hotel.We were looking forward to a weekend getaway and ended up very disappointed with this establishment

There is no pool and it's filthy here.
Filthy. The advertised pool and hot tub were down and had been for months. Probably a nice hotel 30 years ago, now its neglected and gross.
