Wenig Kulanz…
Aufgrund von Corona-Verschiebungen der Fährenfahrpläne konnten wir erst 1 Tag später anreisen und mussten 1 Tag früher abreisen - keinerlei Entgegenkommen bezüglich Gutschrift/Teil-Erstattung; vom Bauernhof war außer grüner Wiese nichts zu erkennen.

Dear Mr. Robert, We would like to thank you for sharing your experience at Agroktima Guesthouse. We feel your criticism is a bit unfair... Your reservation was for 3 nights and you only stayed one. We would like to mention that we are a small business, consisting of 10 cottages, which we managed ourselves, so it was and still is a bit difficult to make these changes in our plans so soon before your arrival. We would also like to assure you that our property complies with all safety meters that have received instructions from the Greek government about the pandemic. As you can see, availability is a very sensitive issue when it comes to 10 units. It is also possible to modify a reservation, yes, but it must be made a few days before the day of arrival, not the same day. Das Chalet war vom Baustil her geschmackvoll und stilsicher und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der tägliche Frühstückskorb war vielseitig und ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen war die nahe Straße, auf der auch nachts Autos und Motorräder lärmten...

Sehr huebsche Haueschen zwischen Meer und Berg
Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kinder und hatten 5 Uebernachtungen. Das Fruehstueck war lecker. Erwachsene und Kinder hatten viel Spass und wollten nicht weg. Sehr ungewoehnlich fuer Griechenland war die tolle Wiese.

The property is very well cared for along with the villas on site. Well outfitted, comfottable bed, spotless, laundry on site, delicious breakfast basket delivered to your door each morning. Lovely for families or ones looking for peace, quiet and relaxation. Hosts are lovely people and very attentive.

Αξέχαστος ξενώνας !
Φανταστικός ξενώνας, υπέροχος εξωτερικά και εσωτερικά . Θαυμάσιο πρωινό σε καλαθάκι, δεν χρειάζεσαι ούτε μεσημεριανό. Πολύ κοντά τόσο δτο Λεωνίδιο, όσο και στην Πλάκα. Με άριστα το δέκα , παίρνει έντεκα !

A place with characters!
Checking in was smooth despite the covid situation. Love the traditional design, high ceiling and fireplace in the living room. The bed area on a higher level looking over the main room gives a feeling of spaciousness. Another great thing is having 2 balconies, both looking over different views, and another outside seating area at the second entrance door. Breakfast came in a lovely picnic basket, everything was fresh, homemade and taste great, we prepared the food ourselves.

Beautiful stone cottages in great location!
Very comfortable and spacious stone cottages in a quiet location. Plenty of parking and close to a number of restaurants, the sea and the mountains. Breakfast was fantastic! Delivered fresh daily to your cottage. Bed, shower, balconies (yes 2 per cottage) were really good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at Agrotima, with the only negative being that we couldn't stay longer. Our host was friendly and helpful.The actual apt was spacious in the living areas but a bit of a squeeze in the kitchen. Breakfast, with many items of local produce was delivered to your room and it was delicious, This is a great place to stay as a base for exploring the area

Πολύ όμορφη η διαμονή μας σε ένα υπέροχο συγκρότημα με όλες τις ανέσεις. Καθαρό κ εντυπωσιακό το δωμάτιο με όμορφες λεπτομέρειες κ στα τρία επίπεδα που διαθέτει. Το σαλόνι με το τζάκι καταπληκτικό ,η κρεβατοκάμαρα πανέμορφη στο πάνω όροφο κ κάτω στο ισόγειο μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη μοντέρνα κουζίνα.Και σε όλα αυτά να συμπληρώσω το καλάθι του πρωινού με τα φρέσκα αβγουλάκια κ τις σπιτικές μαρμελάδες. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Wonderful place
These individual stone dwellings, about two miles from Leonidio town and a mile from the pretty harbour and beach of Plaka, are set in amazingly (for Greece) green grassy lawns surrounded by glowing red mountains (apparently very famous for rock climbing). At 8.30 am a basket of bread/cheese/tomato roll/eggs/coffee/cake/jams etc is deliverd, and the kitchen has a table and chairs on the patio just outside, providing a relaxing place to breakfast. There is also a sunny upper terrace if you prefer the sun. The chalet is very comfortable and spacious and the owners very helpful; I was given detailed instructions of a magnificent walk (about an hour's climb) to a little church on top of a nearby mountain with incredible views over the bay.

Confort, verdure et accueil chaleureux.
Dans le cadre d'un séjour en famille avec enfants, ce lieu fut un havre de paix . Petit dej magnifique sous forme de panier qui vous attend à la porte de votre chambre, jeux pour les enfants , propreté irréprochable. Salle de bain un peu simplette et manque de place mais le reste est tellement chouette que tout est pardonne.
