Wir haben vorerst ein Zimmer für eine Person erhalten, obwohl wir ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht hatten. Nachdem wir das angesprochen haben, wurden wir auf den Folgetag verwiesen. Das Personal war unhöflich, das Essen nicht gut. In der früh um 7 hat man mit Bauarbeiten im Hotel angefangen, ohne Rücksicht auf schlafende Gäste zu legen

Nette Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Perfekt zum Flanieren und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Nachteil ist der Lärm in der Nacht. Es ist die Hauptstraße an der Küste entlang. Ansonsten ein sehr nettes Hotel, das Personal war. freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück war groß und abwechslungsreich. Einzig beim Brot könnte man nachbessern. Die Fähre nach Valletta ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Fast alle Buse halten in der Nähe vom Hotel und fahren direkt bis Valletta.

I made the reservation based on the reviews and pictures, being a gold member I was told that I would get an upgrade and a bottle of wine. I did not get anything. I had the smallest room of all rooms on the 2nd floor - all the noise of the street and the partying people was incredible. The view a nightmare - the balcony 1m2 and with no chair and anyway nobody would have like to stay there.. absolutely awful. the pool could be nice.. but it is under construction.. and dust everywhere.. no beach towels .. no nothing.. so much could be done.. the staff was very friendly and very helpful .. that is THE BEST about this hotel.

I'm general I had higher expectations for the hotel, from the reviews and the 4 star rating of the place. The check in process was smooth, and we were offered welcome drinks that we can take up to the room, as we arrived after 10 PM. The room was okay, it has everything you need, but not the best quality of set up. We had a problem with our balcony door which could not be closed properly, allowing cold air and noise in throughout the night, the reception could not do much but schedule maintenance for the next morning (no change of room was offered as according to them, they were booked out but we were told maybe the next day). Next day we leave the hotel for practically the entire day, come back and the door is still not fixed, even though it was marked done in the maintenance book. The other receptionist told us the same, another schedule for the next day and no free rooms available, however this time he personally helped us closed it temporarily with a plastic stopper, and offered us complementary drinks for the night to make up for the inconvenience. On the last night we come back to see it was finally fixed but we had to leave the next morning so we never had the chance to properly use our room and balcony. Plus toiletries were not refreshed The breakfast buffet in the hotel was not bad, lots of options that were okay but not wow. Location was well connected and nice views of the sea, terrace was open but not used due to strong wind. I would rate itas 3 stars instead of 4

Fint ophold
Pænt rent hotel, store værelser og lækkert med sæbe, shampoo og conditioner i badeværelset ( med badekar). Dejlig stor seng og fint med bord/stole arrangement. God beliggenhed i forhold til Valetta og andre udflugtsmål. Ærgerligt at morgenmadsserveringen ligger i kælderen, skulle på en eller anden måde have udnyttet den flotte havudsigt lige foran hotellet. Der var koldt, da aircondition blæste meget ud i rummet. Morgenmaden okay / standard. Alt i alt et fint ophold for 3 nætter.

Good hotel with big rooms
Good hotel with fine and big rooms. The breakfast is ok, not the best quantity but there is lot off different foods. Breakfast room is boring, it’s in a room without windows ( under the ground)

Good hotel in a quieter sea-front location
Location involves a certain amount of walking - or bus - to St. Julian's Bay or Sliema Ferry, but it is much quieter and pleasanter than its equivalent-quality hotels. Nearby restaurants offer good food at fair prices I shall use it again in the future.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Arrived early morning before check in time and was kindly offered complimentary tea and coffee. Suitcases were stored for us until check in time. 2 small complimentary bottles of wine delivered to room with bathrobes. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom had bsth as well as shower. Excellent breakfast choice.

Rigtig god oplevelse.
Fantastisk ophold. Den lille pool på taget (8 etage) med udsigt over Sct. Julian distriktet samt Middelhavet gjorde det nemt at slappe af på hotellet. Morgenmaden var rigtig god og værelserne passede til det man skulle bruge dem til. Vi boede på 1. Sal med udsigt til vandet hvilket gjorde at der selvfølgelig var lidt larm fra vejen lige under os. 20 minutters gang til valletta færgen og samt masser af dejlige steder at bade i havet blot 2-3 minutter væk

We stayed for 4 nights in 2 rooms. Definitely a low rated 3* hotel, absolutely not a 4*. Good: location in Sliema. On the sea, near a convenience store and near the Ferry to Valetta. On the main bus routes too. Pool was nice on the roof top, and the spa was open to shower after check-out. Bed was comfortable and our rooms were clean. Shower pressure was great with good products to use.Breakfast did the job and there was a large choice. Bad: No exaggeration, the air-conditioning sounded like a diesel generator inflating a bouncy castle, yet its output was abysmal. It did slightly cool the room compared to the outdoors, but only slightly and the room was still uncomfortably hot to sleep in (not 15*c as per the dial). The biggest issue, however, was that EVERYTHING was damp. Our clean clothing in suitcases became damp, paper shopping bags, even chewing gum! Both rooms suffered this damp and we've no idea why. The shower rooms have an automatic extractor fan and we always showered with doors closed. The furniture is very old, and the wardrobe door needed wrestling with to open (probably because the wood was damp). The bath was stained yellow and the suite was obviously really old. The tap water is yellow so do not drink it! The pool bar ice creams were extortionately priced at €4.50...which was weird as this was the cost of a lunch baguette too. Overall the bad didn't ruin our holiday, but we couldn't wait to check out, fly home and do our laundry! Will not return to this hotel.

Nicely located, quiter than st julian, access to the beach, very walkable. Not far from valetta by bus or taxi. I recommend sliema area for a stay if you want daily access to the sea
