Super zentrale Lage, für Singapur sehr große Zimmer, schöner Pool zum Entspannen und Abkühlen. Zimmer im 19. Stock war wegen Klimaanlage sehr laut und wurde problemlos in ein anderes Zimmer getauscht. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Werden in Singapur wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Nachts 0:30 Uhr wurde an die Erneuerung der Wasserleitung mit Bohrmaschine gearbeitet. Es war laut und nervig, habe mich beschwert. 2 Tage gab es zwischen 23:00 - 06:00 Uhr kein Wasser. Da ich am 2. Tag um 05:30 zum Flughafen musste, habe ich beschwert und diskutiert, bis ich ein Zimmer im 18. Stock bekam, wo keine Unterbrechung gab. Die Lage war schön, aber das Hotel schon für den Preis nicht empfehlenswert.

Unter dem Bett waren leere Petflaschen, als wir erstmals ins Zimmer kamen. Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war nicht sauber (z. B. Lippenstift am Glas, Stühle und Tische sowie Boden schmutzig). Lift war eine Katastrophe: es hatte zwar drei Stück (der vierte war ausser Betrieb), aber diese rasten ohne erkennbares System immer wieder an uns vorbei, sodass die Wartezeit immer sehr lange war. Für diesen Zimmerpreis haben wir uns mehr erhofft.

ほとんどのホテルでは無料のペットボトルのサービスがありますが、こちらのホテルではなくて残念です。 事前にメールで何点かリクエストしていましたが、返信が無く不安でしたが、ちゃんと繋がっていたようで安心しました。 駅に近く、空港も近く、交通の便は最後だと思います。

Een hotel dat gedateerd is. De kamers zijn klein en badkamer is zeer gedateerd. Barsten in de vloer en muur. Zwembad prima maar ligbedden stuk en de vlonders zo oud dat je er bijna doorheen zakt. Voor kinderen niets te doen terwijl er voldoende ruimte is om daar iets aan te doen. Gemiste kans. Het ontbijt is prima maar ook niet super.

Upon entering the room you'll notice the window is super dirty on the outside. The room is clean albeit the facilities are weary. The location is great and is close to a lot of restaurants and transportations.

Outdated and rundown
The hotel location was good but overall the hotel is very outdated and rundown. The bathroom is tiniest I have seen. Service was average and staff at check in were not very friendly.

Sadly this hotel has been chopped up into smaller rooms to the point that the bathroom is very cramped. We’ve stayed at Village Bugis for years but won’t return again. The price is great and so is the neighborhood but the bathrooms are too small for comfort now.

Room was very basic..unsafe for kids as the bathroom has a step down snd kids knocked their toes couple of times. TV was not working properly. Laundry was not working properly has to report couple of time to fix. Overall exp was very ordinary. Have stayed in many places in singapore but has to say this one is least favorite hotel..and not playing to come back to this place again

The service of the hotel is very good. Staff is friendly and efficient. The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious. We enjoyed the large window and the view. The location is excellent with conveniently located subway station and shopping streets. The facility desperately needs a refresh. The bathtub is surrounded with moldy caulking. The bathroom sink is fairly new but the faucet is not delivering water properly to the sink. There is exposed construction concrete around the bathroom door. The luggage platform inside the closet is covered with stained filthy looking carpet. The safe did not work and we had to request for service twice during our two night stay.

The hotel location, walkability, nearby convenience shops, transit options and dining choices as well as the staff were great. They took care of minor details like having kids amenities and facilitated us in early checkin and late check out. If I’m not wrong Zahidah was the one at the front desk who helped us out with everything. Another great feature was the Laundromat which was a great help. Great hotel, location and people.

I booked a family room with a King and Twin Bed; however, the hotel only has 1 1 x king bed with 1 single bed option or 3 x single bed for a family room. The advert/room options should be updated to reflect this. We did not have any option but to accept this when we reached the hotel which was disappointing. Apart from this - hotel is great and is conveniently located that provides access to the vibrant Arab Street and little india.
