Cher David, Merci pour votre retour constructif au sujet du Tamu. Nous sommes désolés de lire que votre séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Le style de l’hôtel invite effectivement à retirer ses chaussures car nous avons souhaité un design très épuré en harmonie avec l’utilisation de matériaux brut. Cependant, comme vous le mentionnez, des pots blancs en terre cuite permettant de se rincer les pieds sont installés devant chacune des chambres< Au Cambodge, pays encore en voie de développement, il arrive que de longues coupures d’électricité surviennent pendant la journée. Pour palier à ce problème, l’hôtel dispose d’un générateur permettant d’alimenter l’ensemble de l’hôtel. Nos équipes nettoient tout au long de la journée la plage afin qu’elle demeure paradisiaque et aucun détritus ne jonchent le sol ou le sable.
