Nice little resort, terrible surroundings
The place is nice enough, good pool, clean rooms and the food was decent. But, the area is just awful. The beach is beautiful, but the surroundings are basically a massive garbage dump with construction stretching for miles in all directions. The place has really been destroyed by all the on going development, all the Chinese and Russian investors are trying to turn it into a new Asian Las Vegas or Macau etc. Even the city centre is a total mess, hardly any paved roads, beaches covered in garbage etc. It's the only place in Cambodia that I wouldn't ever come back too after travelling for 5 weeks through this beautiful country. It's a real shame.

Skrækkeligt område - find et andet sted. Hotel ok
Havde set frem til en badeferie på en dejlig strand. MEN selve området ligner en krigszone, der er affald overalt i "gaden". Gaden er ikke længere en gade, men bulet jordvej. Der løb rotter rundt på gaden. Huse er faldet sammen og alt ligger hvor det faldt. Et meget sørgeligt syn. Selve hotellet gør virkelig meget for at holde standarden, men står magteløse tilbage - området udenfor hotellet kan de ikke gøre noget ved. Selve hotellet er ok med små værelser. Der er restaurant på hotellet som laver god mad til rimelige penge. Stranden flyer også med affald, så badeferie kan man ikke få her. Det er meget synd for hotellet, som gør meget, men vi vil ikke anbefale andre at booke dette hotel.

One of the best hotels at Otres 1!
Our standard room was a little small but had a very comfy bed and a nice bathroom. We also didn’t like the curtains as none closed properly. The staff were excellent: they spoke good English, and were very helpful. The included breakfasts were varied and tasty with great coffee. We didn’t use the pool as the sea was just 50m away! The hotel was also very close to many beach side restaurants. Overall we had a lovely two night stay and we were very grateful for the late checkout we were given.

ビーチからすぐでレストランやバーもあるのでホテル滞在メインなら問題なし。市街までは遠く賑やかしいのが好きな人には不向き。 皆さんの口コミにもあるように目の前の道は超絶悪路。部屋はきれいでWiFiもスムーズだが滞在中何度もトイレが詰まった。求めてないから別に良いがフロントスタッフは無愛想。

Great place to stay and feel comfortable
Great staff and a great location at Otres beach 1 away from the busy and heavily litttered Serendipity beach. Enjoyed the Bungalow which was a good size and all things required were available. Staff were great always available and greeted with a smile. The beach was stunning and even in the wet season with rainy times had some beautiful pictures. Food was best in the area, well priced and good quality.

Far away from nice bars. Hotel oke, but staff isn't friendly at all and gives wrong information about bus trips. Don't book your bustickets ( at chapa company) at the hotel! Hotel does't gives you any information about the hotel and surroundings. When you come back at the hotel after 11 o'clock, there is nobody anymore... If you have a choice... Go to otres 2!

I was enjoy staying here. I love the atmosphere, the food and services.Natalia was very nice. Hope to see you again. I also love the beach. The most quite beach compare with others. But there is 1 problem. they have to repair bathroom. No hot water.but its okay for me. Overall i really enjoy my holiday here and will come again.

We stayed one night in January. The hotel is spotless - they must be constantly painting to keep it so clean and white! The room was tiny, fine for a night or two but for a long stay that could be an issue. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The pool was so nice - I could have spent a lot of time at this pool! The restaurant was good, the included breakfast had a lot of options. I enjoyed the rooftop bar. The location is great, short walk across the street to the beach and many other restaurants. Nice and helpful staff! Overall really great experience!

Just across the road from the beach
Beach Otres 1 is not a place for a rave or party. However if you like a nice meal and drink with time either by the sea or pool this is an ideal hotel to stay in. Centrally located in Otres 1 and the rooms are centred around the pool. Staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has a good choice and the evening meals that are available are reasonably priced and of good value. The only reason I have marked down the room cleanliness and comfort is that there was no internal seating - not that there was room for it as the room has a very large bed, and that I noticed some of the bed clothes and towels are starting to show their age. The actual cleanliness of the room was good.

Relaxing stay at the Sea Breeze
We enjoyed our stay very much. The room is a little on the small side, but there is a little patio with a table and chairs which helps. Having a drink at their Sky Lounge to watch the sunset is lovely and the pool is a nice alternative to the beach. The breakfast offered enough variety as well as offering something different every day. The front desk was good at setting up transportation and tours. We also used the laundry service, which did a great job and gave us same day service.
