Dear Anthony,We are quite dissapointed to see that you felt the need to leave this review without providing all of the details.You were indeed evicted from the hotel becuase you were smoking in the reception, putting the lives of the other 159 guests at risk.Your belongings have not been confiscated, you were asked on several occasions to take these with you when you were told to leave however given the condition you were in, you chose to go and lay on the tram lines instead. Because you were being extremley aggressive to other guests attempting to enter and leave the hotel, as well as the night staff, the police attended who removed you from our building. You were told by the police not to re-enter the hotel and you most certainly weren't welcome to re-enter to use the WiFi given the behaviour you were displaying.I must inform you that we too, have the full incident captured on CCTV and are co-operating with the police.Your belongings are currently held in our secure lost property and can be collected at an agreed time when a manager is on site.Kind regardseasyHotel Sheffield

Dear Peter,We don't have an on-site parking, but we are offering a discounted code for QPARK castlegate at 5 minutes walk from our hotel. We are saddend to hear you encounter problems with the parking, but donn't hesitate asking our reception staff any enquieries you have as have an 24/7 open reception. Dear GuestDue to tehnical problems and unforseen events the entrance in our building and rooms was restricted for a period of time but the night staff tried their best to help , that is why he even upgraded your room type.
