Upon arrival, it was immediately noticeable that the lobby area was in a state of disrepair and cleanliness. The worn-out appearance and lack of cleanliness left a negative first impression, which was not rectified throughout my stay. Additionally, the absence of a receptionist and the DIY style of picking up room keys was highly unusual and concerning. This practice not only felt impersonal but also raised serious security issues. It was alarming to realize that anyone could potentially access keys to different rooms without any form of verification. Moving on to the room itself, I found it to be inadequately sized. The limited space meant that even basic tasks such as opening luggage became a challenge, as there was insufficient room to fully extend them on the floor. Furthermore, the condition of the bathroom left much to be desired. The small and outdated facilities were accompanied by issues such as water leakage, making the overall experience uncomfortable and inconvenient. The tiny sink in the bathroom was particularly frustrating, as it did not provide adequate space for basic hygiene tasks such as washing one's face. Overall, my stay at Cozy Hotel fell far below expectations, and I believe there is significant room for improvement in various aspects of your establishment. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and consider implementing necessary changes to enhance the quality of your services and facilities.

hello,Thank you for leaving a long message.First of all, we are a budget business hotel.The rooms are old, but kept as clean as possible.If there was a dirty part, please leave a comment and we will take care of it immediately.Second, regarding the lack of reception, we send an automatic email to everyone immediately after booking.It may have felt impersonal, but it is very safe because it is under 24-hour control, and if someone else has taken your card key, you cannot check in, so even if you cannot check in, it cannot be said that it is not safe.I hope that's answered.

Hotel proche centre Seoul, mais tapisserie qui se décolle liée à l'humidité, remontée d'odeur dans les canalisations, donc à éviter si possible

設備古く、部屋狭い ドア薄く廊下の声丸聞こえ シャワーとトイレが一体でシャワーカーテンで仕切るだけで床ビチャビチャ 今どきのワンルームマンションよりも劣悪
