Super Anlage - Wir hatten eine 220 qm große Villa mit Butler Service und privat Pool. Was will man mehr. Entfernung zum Strand - 8 min zu Fuß oder alle 2 Stunden mit dem Beach-Shuttle ! Einfach nur Top. Am Strand gibt's ein privaten Bereich mit Liegen und Schirmen für die Hotelgäste (auch Super). Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Frühstücksbuffet ist auch super für Bali Verhältnisse ! Immer wieder gerne. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit...

Sehr freundliches Personal. Toller Pool zum schwimmen. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig bis auf ein paar laute Gäste. Leider bekam ich nicht das gewünschte Doppelbett, sondern zwei Einzelbetten. Als Alleinreisender nicht optimal.

nice place to stay in Seminyak
The hotel is closed to one of the mainroads in Seminyak but still you do not feel thr traffic because the hotel areas are far enough from the street. At all the hotel has roomes, suites and bungalows. I had a suite and it was very far from the traffic. Hotel and suites have own restaurants for breakfast and the menue is good. Traditionell Indonesian and also Chinese and Europian Breakfast (but take care -> the meals in Bali are only warm, not hot, so if you want hot brakfast you have to come at 7 o´clock:=)) The rooms in the suites are a little bit older but very clean. The suites have balcony over all rooms, with a bed on balcony for relaxing. And a kitchen area. The pool at the suites lays only in the morning hours until early afternoon in the sun. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but I did not eat there (many good restaurants around the hotel). The hotel is 800 m from the beach with own shuttle to the beach if needed. But you only need 5 minutes to walk. And the hotel has a separate beach "club", menas a closed area at the beach and you do not need to rent chairs in the open area! The staff is always very friendly and try to help you all the time -> excellent!!!!

einfache Zimmer, schöne Anlage
Bei der Buchung konnte man Wünsche äußern. Da wir in Bewertungen gelesen haben, dass man besser ein Zimmer zum Innenhof wählt haben wir uns dieses gewünscht aber leider nicht erhalten. Unser Zimmer war im Gebäude vor der sehr lauten, stark befahrenen Straße..da die Balkon-Tür nicht komplett dicht schließt und auch der Flur vor der Tür teilweise offen (Gitter) war also schon störend. Die Zimmer waren einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Zimmerservice war in Ordnung. Der Poolbereich war schön&modern, gut besucht, wenige aber bequeme Liegen. Frühstück war in Ordnung, von allem ein bisschen und fast alles lecker, nur leider keine Wurst&kein Käse, was in Bali wohl aber üblich ist. Bedienungen auch gewohnt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage ist an sich nicht schlecht, zu Fuß ca 10 Min zum Strand (kleiner hoteleigener Bereich dort), in der Umgebung sind genügend Essensmöglichkeiten, kleine Supermärkte sowie Boutiquen vorhanden. Uns war es jedoch zu hektisch und anstrengend, da es schwierig war die Straße zu überqueren.

Our stay at this Hotel was awesome!
My partner and I spend 11 nights at this hotel and it was super ! The hotel staff was extremly friendly , at the breakfast buffet there is enough choice. There is a pancake/waffle sweets station, egg station , fresh vegtables and fruits and many more! We stayed in a one bedroom suite and were very pleased. I would recommend this hotel !

We cannot rate this property high enough. Our suite was fantastic. What you see in the photo's is what you get. Very comfortable bed and so roomy. The team at The Haven couldn't do enough to make your stay more comfortable. Everyone from the young man at the pool, to Management Staff who came around and spoke to us several times. Breakfast's, dinner's, cocktails, all wonderful. The pool area, beautiful. Under the palm trees. Will be cack again, for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel was noisy with construction work and the pool decking at the back pool was loose and uneven, A man slipped and broke his hip while I was there. The prices contained hidden extras....a bottle of wine shown at $50 Australian dollars cost $65, To top it off the hotel has kept my deposit of $200 Aus eventhough I paid my bill in full and there seems to be no way to contact them reguarding this issue... not impressed.

Bit rundown but ok for price, good location. Staff not the normal Bali service can be a bit grumpy. Super noisy if you are near restaurant and bar.

As a single woman traveling alone in a foreign country THE HAVEN was absolutely a dream come true. The minute I walked in the staff ambience was so inviting. I ended up staying there for 23 nights. It was my home away from home.. my Safehaven…. the pool was spectacular and the whole layout of the hotel really flowed. The breakfast is divine every morning.!!!!

Beautiful place and kind/helpful employees. Bath tubs can be a little difficult to get out of which caused me to fall and hurt myself. Plus there’s a slightly raised section between the toilet and bathroom that caused me a toe injury but apart from that. Lovely place to stay, just something to be mindful of.

We have stayed at The Haven in Seminyak multiple time over the years and will keep going back. The staff are super friendly and eager to help and their accommodation and facilities are top notch. It’s an ideal place to stay, close to shopping eateries and easy to walk around exploring. Each time we come the experience gets better and better. Highly recommend The Haven! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at The Haven for a week. We were picked up from the airport by Rudy, organised by the hotel, who became our personal driver for a few day trips because he was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet with beautifully kept gardens. The staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great with a selection of cuisines and eggs made to order. Perfect for my hungry teens! There are 2 separate pool areas with one near the suites being secluded and quiet. The other one near a bar and more lively. This part of Seminyak is not great. More tattoo parlours than anything else. But a walk or quick taxi ride took us to the nicer parts of Seminyak. I would absolutely stay at The Haven again.

This was fine. Bed was hard. Pillows were lumpy, like having been washed too many times. Towels were crusty and all smelt of dampness. Good location. Pool is sunny, partly. Most of the sun loungers are in the shade all day. Glass window to the bathrooms with no privacy which even for the closest of couples is a bit too close for comfort. All in all, an okay stay. Great location in Seminyak. But really have stayed in better for the price. Doors to balcony and bathroom both broken on arrival and never fixed fully. Called down to reception first time and did a temporary fix. Didn’t bother after that. Wouldn’t stay again. But staff were friendly. Breakfast was nothing special. And often just ate outside the venue. Okay for the money but stayed in nicer for cheaper. Think it may have been great in its hay day. But definitely a bit worse for ware over time.

Bad choice!
First of all the rooms are badly maintained. Cracks on tiles. Tiles bad discoloration. Housekeeping just do a superficial job as stains of my coffee spills still around.
