Ein nettes Hotel, welches sauber gehalten wird, schöner Innenhof mit Pool und toller Bepflanzung. Man kann es sich richtig gut gehen lassen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und in allen Belangen zuvorkommend. Besonders ist mir Trisna, eine Angestellte aufgefallen, die sich jeden Tag nach unserem Befinden informiert hat. Einfach schön. Was nicht so schön war, war die direkte Umgebung des Hotels. Aber der Müll liegt auf Bali überall gleich viel rum. Wir hatten trotzdessen keine Probleme mit getieren. Alles wurde immer schön sauber gehalten. Und wenn etwas zu beanstanden war, hat sich immer sofort jemand drum gekümmert. Beim Frühstück gab es zwar kaum „Westeuropäisches“ aber wir haben trotzdem immer was leckeres zu essen gefunden, bei der Riesen Auswahl am Buffet.

Jeder Mitarbeiter grüßt. Alle sind sehr nett. Man wird wie ein König behandelt. Alle sprechen Englisch. Saubere Küche und leckeres Essen im Restaurant. Preise gut. Es fallen immer automatisch ca. 5% für jeweils Service und Steuer an. Portionen ein Tick zu wenig. Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist etwas zu laut, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Im fünften Stock wurden wir jede Nacht mehrmals von einem Gecko geweckt. Fanden es später dann nur noch witzig. Poolbereich groß und schön. Man wird von überall bedient. Leckere Cocktails gibts. Lage ist ganz ok. In der Nähr gibts genug Supermärkte. Shuttle Service zu verschiedenen Stränden vom Hotel geboten. Insgesamt ist es zu empfehlen. Man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Wir hatten das Ramada Encore für drei Nächte gebucht, um uns noch Seminyak und die Umgebung anzuschauen. Generell muss man sagen, dass uns die anderen Hotels im balinesischen Stil deutlich besser gefallen haben (ist aber vermutlich auch Geschmackssache). Das Ramada ist schon sehr westlich und im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels riesig. Für uns hat das Hotel deshalb an Charme eingebüßt. Trotz allem muss man sagen, dass man im Ramada alles hat, was man braucht: freundliches Personal, großer Pool und saubere Zimmer. Hervorherben müssen wir das wirklich ausladende Frühstücksbuffet, das war wirklich spitze!

This was our first time in Bali, so we weren't sure what to expect. Thankfully we were pleasantly surprised. All the employees from front of house, wait staff, bar, housekeeping, etc. were exemplary. Thank you Yuli, Rani, Diah, Eric, Virgo (just to name a few). You were all so accommodating and lovely to us. It really made our stay that more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast has everything you could ever think of and/or want and more. A la carte dishes are reasonably priced and delicious (kudos to your chefs). The pool is great for lounging around and cooling off when the weather becomes unbearable. It was a great place to meet other guests and enjoy a drink with a light snack. We were also really grateful to be given facilities to freshen up prior to our late night flight. Thank you!

An excellent option in accommodation whilst in Seminyak. Great for families or couples away from the main area of Seminyak, however free shuttle to/from Kuta Beachwalk and Seminyak Square daily. Super friendly staff, especially Amanda from reception and Odie from the restaurant. Free WIFI throughout the property and works really well in all areas of the property. Fantastic Asian/Indonesian style buffet breakfast each mornimg and the hotel has a BBQ buffet night on Friday nights with acoustic music. Was noise during the day with construction going on but not early morning or late in the afternoon. Was originally put in a room overlooking some of the pool but right in front of scaffolding so we asked to move to a pool view room which was what we originally booked. Once moved rooms the room was perfect. Comfortable beds and daily housekeeping available if required. Taxi to/from Airport available and the massive lagoon style pool is amazing and a real feature of the resort. Would definitely recommend and stay again at the property.

Had a great stay. Staff was above and beyond normal hospitality. Room for the price was above what we expected. Over all really good vibe there. It is alittle bit off the main road but that was a massive possitive in the end with nights relaxing by the pool weren't hampered by scooter and taxi tooting and exhausts.

The staff are amazing here they go above and beyond for the customers. Very chilled relaxed vibe. Pool is lovely with lots of seating and was never to over crowded. Rooms and facilities are very clean. I am very impressed with value for money and would stay here again. Unfortunately I was sick and couldn’t eat or drink but my partner said the food was amazing.

This hotel is in a quiet pocket of Seminyak off the main busy streets, the hotel has everything you need and the pool is excellent for kids. The spa was amazing, although more expensive then the cheap one on the Main Streets, I found the quality better and still so cheap when compared to what you would pay back home. The buffet breakfast was a highlight and there was an amazing selection of different foods to choose from. The gym was good also. The staff where friendly and very helpful and always smiling. A taxi to the beach was about 30,000 Indonesian rupees which is still so cheap, although we walked every where too. I highly recommended this hotel and will be back next year. Thank you for being so accommodating.

This hotel is very nice especially considering the price. Excellent value. The pool was beautiful and never so busy you couldnt get a seat. Breakfast was huge! A crazy amount of choices for breakfast. Food was great! The spa was fantastic! Went almost every day :) The only negative is it was set in quite far from the street. It was about a 500 m walk just to get to a main street.

The property needs a complete overhaul, decking unsafe to walk on with screws protruding through and consequently a trip hazard. The food was not always hot , prepared in the early hours of the morning, left in cloques that weren’t heated. It was a disappointment to arrive and find that our booking was not what we had asked for and then asked to pay extra for our rooms. I’ve stayed in Bali over the past 30 years and experience top service from all other facilities we have stayed in. I will not be returning to Ramada Encore in the near future.

The hotel was pretty nice and staffs were very welcoming. We stayed in a family room, but the room was always moist and also it could have been better if the rooms had a freshener as there was some smell around in the rooms. Otherwise, the rooms were excellent with all facilities especially the pool and dining area.
