Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel an zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind super gross, va das Badezimmer! Der Service ist hervorragend, die Zimmer werden mehrmals täglich geputzt, bei Fragen steht immer jemand zur Verfügung. Ich würde jederzit das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Zimmer und Privatspähre
Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert und überrascht mit tollen Zimmern in jeglicher Hinsicht (Grösse, Sauberkeit, Deko). Für sportlich Begeisterte ist leider der Fitnessbereich im Hotel dürftig ausgestattet. Die hoteleigenen Restaurants sind toll jedoch überteuert. Das Frühstück ist a la carte was definitiv als negativ zu vermerken ist, weil die Bediehnung langsam ist und die Auswahl bescheiden. Hervorragend sind die Zimmer, die auch im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels herausragend sind.

Wer keine große Anlage sucht, ist hier richtig
Frühstück a la carte war super. Auch das Restaurant Plantation Grill ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen - wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Es ist keine große Anlage, daher auch ideal für solche, die den ein oder anderen Tagestrip unternehmen wollen. Man kann jede Menge Strandbars, Surfschulen, Shops,... fußläufig erreichen. Es gibt sowohl Liegen am Pool als auch ein kleiner separater Strandabschnitt. Wenngleich wir immer eine Liege hatten, kann ich mir jedoch vorstellen, dass es in der Hochsaison schon mal eng zugehen kann. Das einzig negative war, dass wir 2 Stunden warten mussten bis sie das Zimmer fertig gemacht hatten (kamen um 12 Uhr und offizieller Check-in ist eben erst um 14 Uhr)

Gutes Hotel mit Anfangsschwirigkeiten
Das Hotel ist nigelnagelneu, die halbe Anlage befand sich aber noch im Aufbau. Das Personal war freundlich. Fruhstück sehr gut, das Personal war aber total überfordert (à la carte Breakfast). Pool ist schön, aber nicht so der Hammer, Schwimmen praktisch unmöglich da Pool zu wenig tief). Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war kaputt die ganze Woche lang, schade. Für die Fahrt Airport-Hotel unbedingt nur Blue Bird Taxis benutzen, die anderen sind nur Gauner und verlangen überrissene Preise!

I like the service that your hotel staffs provides. Somehow, I hope you can perhaps include more food choices in your menu at the Suzie Q . Also, I had a pedicure at the Spa, but I think the lady who attended to me was not very professional.

It is the second stay at Double Six. Check in with Cakra was smooth and professional. I had booked 2 x ocean view double room suites and they were next to one another which was good. I asked for a late check-out (19:00) as our flight departed 23:20. I’m an Expedia VIP gold member. Was only offered check out till 14:00 and so I had to pay for another day.

We had a lovely stay at the double six hotel. The staff was very attentive and eager to please and the food was delicious. We ate by the pool, plantation, suzie Q and breakfast. Our room was very generous in size comfortable and had everything we needed. The general presentation of the hotel was well looked after and it is managed well by the management team. Thank you so much for everything especially the front desk manager and cheif butler.

Fantastic place to stay, the service was great the place is beautiful. the room was excellent only down fall was people put stuff on banana lounges by the pool and go for breakfast or a walk. All the signs say after 20 min your items will be removed but when we tell staff it’s been longer than 20min they wait for over an hour before removing items.

We have stayed at this Hotel a few times now and it has never failed to impress at every level. Staff are wonderful helpful very polite and eager to impress with nothing being too hard for them to assist. The Planation Restuarant is absolute theatre and one of the most spectacular venues to eat top class food at very good prices. Room service and food at the pool Lagoon Bar and Rooftop Bar is also well presented and reasonably priced. Also forget about happy hour, half price cocktails for residents all day at the Lagoon Bar and in the evening at the Rooftop Bar. An evening at the Rooftop Bar for the sunset view is something not to be missed. In addition, its worth paying extra for the ocean view rooms as ocean and sunset on display every day. Thank you to all the staff and management again for making our time away a great holiday.

We loved the location of Double Six, with all the eating and drinking options available both at the hotel and on the beach that was so close. The roof top bar and dining area was amazing! We loved both eating and having a drink there at night, and the delicious breakfasts. The view was awesome and the service outstanding. We will definitely be staying at Double six again. Thank you!

The hotel was very nice. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. They really took good care of me, from the late check-in and welcome drink to room service and my special birthday desserts. They even sent me flowers for my birthday! The breakfast was delicious with the best views of the ocean. I could not get reservations for the Plantation Grill. And no one ever called me back about spa services. So I didn't get to experience the restaurant or the spa. Nonetheless, there were amazing restaurants and spa services all over the island. So I think it was meant to be! I will definitely seek to book with Double Six again.

The hotel and amenities were very good, unfortunately, you can’t walk from the lobby to the main road unless you go by the pool or you walk up and down the entrance way where cars come around a corner! Poor design! The breakfast is very nice and the staff are amazing!

The property is amazing. Everything thing was clean and well maintained. If I had to criticize one thing it would be the construction on the beachfront property owned by Double Six. There is a small beachfront designated area for Double Six guest. The area sits around 7-8 beach chairs. During our stay at the hotel there was a construction crew approximately 5-7 feet away the beach chairs cutting bricks/concrete. The construction crew were so close that reddish/brown dust was blown on us from the bricks being cut. We immediately left and walked deeper into the sand where we had to pay to utilize someone else’s beach chair. Even with that being said the hotel was great!
