The location of Sedona Real is great, right near the main drag. Traffic noise wasn't bad and it got better when I closed the open windows (I found that two windows were not latched and were actually open 1/4 inch in our ground floor room). The room (single king sized bed) was nicely appointed, it was spacious enough, with expected amenities. Breakfasts were good. We never used the pool. Staff was very friendly. We opted for no room service while we were there. What could have been better? Well, there's only one towel hook. If a room usually has more than one inhabitant at a time, having two or more hooks for towels would be great! The mini fridge made lots of weird noises, so we turned it off for 3 of the 4 days we were there. The bathroom is way too small and cramped--it seemed so 1980s. Like, the door swings within a few inches of the toilet bowl and the walk-in shower. A high-quality inn should have an attractive and spacious bathroom. And breakfasts--the main dish of the day always contained meat. Vegetarian options were not the main dish, they were sides. For a place as new-agey as Sedona, I was surprised that vegetarian options were not on par with the non-vegetarian options. Would I stay there again. Yes. Would I try out another place to see if it was as worthy of my hard-earned dollars? Yes.

Due to location (room 410) the room was noisy (outside AC) and upstairs residents. Also had very few options at breakfast for my wife who is plant based. A fruit Smoothie or V bar would have been enough.

This was a great stay. The rooms are definitely aged but clean, comfy beds and great water pressure shower. Hotel is across the street from food, shopping and Juicery. The complimentary breakfast made it very convenient to get the day started early. The coffee was also very good. The staff was the hi-light for us. All very friendly and helpful.

Sedona Real was a real treat. The room assigned to us was right above the lobby and had sunrise views with a small balcony. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were great and the breakfast was good. We will definitely be coming back! The only thing I would suggest would to provide sugar in the raw for the lobby / breakfast area coffee plus perhaps a dairy free creamer choice.

Our building is right on the main road of Sedona and just down the street from the hospital. Lots of sirens at night. Breakfast is good. Could use more fruit but there’s always eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, pastries, cold cereal, juices and lots of hot coffee!

The property is located at the corner of an intersection. The noise of the traffic is terrible. The footsteps from the second floor and the voice from the next door are very loud. The staff is friendly and the garden is nice.

Good access to trails and awesome red rock vistas. The property is in good condition, with nice private area with shade trees and lounge chairs. Very noisy main street immediately adjacent with heavy traffic. Not pleasant walking.

The property was dated and I was very disappointed in it based on the reviews I had read. The breakfast was not good at all and the staff gave us a hard time about wanting to get new towels and wash cloths. I would not recommend staying here.

This was a great stay for us. We stayed at the property for 6 nights while we did short hiking trips around Sedona and a day-visit to the Grand Canyon. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh food made on site: hashbrown potatoes, frittata, sausages (sometimes ham), oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, bread, cereal - basically anything you could want for breakfast. Another highlight for us was the free activities they offer - we did Yoga in the park one morning with instructor Zalla. In fact, it was only me and my son, so like a private yoga class. Lots of fun! The rooms were a little dated in their decor, but clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was unbelievably attentive and helpful. Check in was quick and efficient. The breakfast very good, kudos to the kitchen team. We had an issue with a previous guest “locking” the TV with parental control password (Really???) and not resetting before leaving. The team replaced the cable box in a matter of minutes. We’ll be visiting again, probably with our pet next time as this was one of the most pet friendly hotels I’ve ever come across Keep up the good work team!

We stayed in a suite with a fireplace and it was a spacious room and a great hotel. It's driveable to downtown Sedona, but also has walkable dining options. There was fresh strawberry lemonade available on check-in and a variety of activities offered each day and night. I would absolutely stay here again!
