Veröffentlicht am 08.06.2018The hotel is located in a very nice forest area. We had a luxury room with onsen on the veranda. The room could have been cleaner and you could have topped up some beauty repairs.
The food was absolutely great.
Unfortunately, the staff spoke very poor English, but all in all a very nice stay.

Very nice, clean, near bus station, near ski resort (0.3 mile). Excellent onset. But the mattress is too firm, hurt my back.

Staff friendly. Dinner and breakfast were tasty. Close to ski field. But room is SO HOT. When we checked in we immediately turned off the heater. But hot air kept coming in from the vents. We opened our window all night to allow freezing air in to cool off. But did not sleep as we had to open and close window all night. We came for the onsen but didn’t use it because we didn’t want to get hot in the bath and then come back to hot room. No sleep. Sad stay. Not relaxing.
