Sehr sauber und "westlicher Standard", Essensbuffet nicht soooo umfangreich bzw va nicht so gut.

When we arrived, the room had no towels. Comparing to other hotels, it did not look attractive to return. The beach is very nice, the pool is clean, but I think the building needs maintenance. The buffet did not have as many varieties as we expected. I think it is a 2 star hotel... No more...

Found a roach in our room, called front desk, and staff took forever to come. Some staff members were a bit rude, and would ignore if help was needed. Food was good but some was too salty. Environment at the pool/beach is very fun with the activities involving the guests. Overall property, and room was clean, and had a good time.

Uber drivers, store employees will all rob you. Customer service is terrible and start with supervisor Melvin

The room was not cleaned properly, cookies left behind trash can in bathroom, mirrors not cleaned at all.
