The rooms are very small and our shower drain was plugged the entire stay. The hotel hallways feel small and cramped. Breakfast was not worth $20 a person, although the view was beautiful. Linda the mixologist was fantastic. The rest of the staff acted as if we were an inconvenience.

Very noisy from them fixing something in the ceiling outside of my room. Then my patio door wouldn't lock and everything was moist with condensation on everything. Its been the wsy for so long mold was everywhere in the bathroom, entrance, vents, and beginning on the ceiling. They didn't upgrade me but offered to down grade me and bring towels.

I loved the property! The pool, though small, had a private feel to it and there was plenty of space to sunbathe. The only snag, which was corrected immediately, was that I was originally assigned a room that had not been cleaned. However, once I informed the front desk, they immediately gave me another room as well as vouchers for the restaurants that were on the premises. Front staff was great! The beach was also conveniently located, literally across the street. I loved going there every morning to catch the sunrise. This trip did not disappoint!

Last minute booking for a place to crash before a 2am flight home. Close proximity to airport. Place was very clean, modern and had on site parking. Was perfect for what we needed and reasonably priced.

This property is conveniently located however it was very dirty. I was told my room was ready and when I made my way there I found a man making repairs. The hotel did not seem busy so why did they send me to a room needing repairs? The same dirty toothpick and food were left in the hallway of my room the entire stay. The shower was extremely dirty I had a feeling based on past reviews so I was prepared with my cleaning supplies. The counter space throughout the room needed to be cleaned as well as there was what looked to be old ketchup. I did not raise my concerns to the staff because every interaction they seemed they didn’t want to be bothered. I was only there waiting on my air bnb. Will never stay again and will not recommend. Unfortunately I booked through Expedia and I expected more as they are extremely reputable.

I came to this property by accident. I had booked a stay at another hotel and that hotel was awful. When I arrived at the property, I was greeted by Alexandra (I think that is her name) who was extremely patient and accommodating. She was friendly and a pleasure to work with. The entire staff was helpful, but she wsa my first point of contact and I looked forward to seeing her during my stay. The property itself is located across the street from the beach or a short walk to a different part, there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The area is lively and bustling and a great place to stay if you're a tourist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Puerto Rico. I traveled with my son and I felt safe and comfortable in this location.

When I booked my reservation it was noted that I would receive complimentary drinks which was never given. The room that I first received was noisy bad due to air conditioning issues. I called front desk to report same. They then switched me to another room which was dirty upon arrival at same. I made sure to notify the hotel of the problems I encountered.

Hotel is nice with a good location across from the beach access. Has 2 restaurants inside but 1 was only opened during the Easter week and then closed after...The bad part is we stayed for almost a week and I think the policy must be to only clean the room upon check out. We asked after the 3rd day to have the room cleaned but that didnt happen even though I asked in the morning and after we came back at 5 PM asked again but was told it was too late. Asked for fresh towels as all the towels were very wet by now...that didnt happen and had to ask again the following day and a time frame for that. Because they dont clean the room after, you dont have coffee in room and if the restaurant that serves breakfast is closed, the only option in the morning was to walk to find some....I did that most mornings. For the cost of this hotel, I would hope for better. My next time I return to Puerto rico, I will find somewhere else to stay.

The property was nice. The rooms were dim as other reviews have said, but it was not off putting. Our room came with free breakfast, but it tended to be cold coming straight from the pots. The coffee was good though.

Staff were nice, but the room (and hallway) were damp and smelled STRONGLY of mildew. If we had been there for more than one night, we would have had to leave. The breakfast was also terrible and expensive. Overall, this hotel was awful. (And not cheap!)

The Restaurants in site were great, service wise…. Food was average. The front desk staff never completed requests like delivering extra towels… no clue what the VIP experience was supposed to be. They gave me 2 free drinks but the voucher could only be used on a beer. There is definitely no ocean view and you have to cross the street and walk down an alley full of broken glass to get to the beach. I won’t be back.

Great hotel right by the beach and nice staff. The rooms were clean and just enough space for my mom and I. Great location near eateries and beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: friendly staff, shout out to Alexandra at the front desk. Room is small but the bed is comfortable. Swimming pool nice and clean. Cons: bathroom too small ans exhaust very noisy. No breakfast included and the restaurant inside offered a buffet by $20 , limited and refilling was terrible.

This was our worst experience in many years! Unskilled, unprepared and unmannered front desk personnel. Freezing in room 215. After much insistence, we were moved to 419, which was better. We did NOT get upgrade. We asked for a 2 hours late check-in, for several days. They denied the late check-in in the last moment. A large group of teenagers were partying all night long. The hotel is completely overpriced (an average of over 300 USD per night), for an ordinary room.
