Choose it for the location and price

This is a business traveler-oriented small hotel with small rooms and an array of services on request. It is good if you don't want to pay for a lot of extras you will never use. There is a fitness center with 2 ellipticals and 2 treadmills, as well as some weights, though when we were there one treadmill was not working. We also had an odd glitch: we checked in around noon, which is done at a kiosk kind of like an airport check-in device. Later, when we were sound asleep after 11 pm, suddenly somebody opened the door and turned on the light, scaring us out of our sleep and out of our wits. It turned out that the computer system had gone down and the staff wasn't sure whether our room was occupied, so they sent an employee to look. Honestly, if you don't know whether there is somebody in the room it is better to call the room, or call and then knock; anything other than just barge in. So I do recommend being sure that the deadbolt is locked before you go to sleep. Also they responded to our objections by trying to explain themselves, rather than apologizing, and we had to push to get them to do something minimal like not charge us for the night when they prevented us from sleeping.
