Tolles Hotel mit 1A Lage um viele sehenswerte Punkte der Stadt bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen. Unzählige Lokale jeder Art und jeder Qualität in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Legendäres Hotel mitten im Stadtzentrum!
Das Hotel ist nicht umsonst in Reiseführern als Sehenswürdigkeit zu finden. Dieses sehr elegante Hotel ist wunderschön, von der Lobby über das Restaurant bis zu den Zimmern. Der Service ist absolut hervorragend! Selten so wohl gefühlt!

Top Hotel an bester Lage!
Das Hotel ist im Zentrum gelegen. Das meiste kann man zu Fuss erreichen. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe und zum Shoppen ideal.

Ein altehrwürdiges Hotel aber zu wenig Charme!
Wir waren für 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel. die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man ins Gaslamp-Quarter mit seinen vielen Restaurants Essen gehen will. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten. Das Badezimmer ist recht klein, wir hatten keine separate Toilette, worauf wir eigentlich sehr viel wert legen. Der Aufdeckservice kommt recht spät am Abend, was uns sehr störte. Frühstück haben wir nicht ausprobiert, da in der Nähe ein Starbucks ist und wir nicht bereit sind, für ein Frühstück so viel zu bezahlen, wenn es nicht unseren Maßstäben entspricht. Wir wünschen uns ein normales Frühstück mit 3-Minuten Ei oder Omelette, etwas Früchte, etwas Cereales und fertig. Leider bekommt man nur ganz selten ein solches Frühstück und die Preise sind schon sehr hoch! Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt, weil es so gute Bewertungen hatte im Tripadvisor. Aber wir sind mit dem Hotel nicht warm geworden, obwohl wir alte Hotels wegen ihrem Charme sehr lieben. Es fehlt für uns irgendwo die spezielle Atmosphäre! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett.

The hotel and staff were all fine. Five stars for cleanliness. Not too many services included - an additional charge for everything. Wi-Fi was for members only. Parking was $60/night. This may be the best Downtown has to offer. Location was great.

Room 712 - bathroom smells like a sewer. Seriously disgusting. The heater is the loudest noise you've ever heard so good luck trying to go to sleep with the temperature regulated. You can either have warmth or silence. Ordered room service and they didn't bring me butter with my $8 toast. When I asked them to bring it they said it would take 15 minutes. I can go downstairs and buy butter from CVS and be back in 15 mins. Their lack of staff isn't my problem. Maybe they shouldn't forget basic items if they don't want to come to the room again. The room service bill had an extra item that I neither ordered nor received ($18 bowl of berries) so someone made the mistake of entering something I didn't order and then they didn't even bring it to me. The incompetence is appalling. Final bill was missing the breakfast credit. I had to call back to get it corrected. Phone at front desk rang and rang at 5pm on a Saturday without answer. I called 6 times and let it ring over 20 times before sometime picked up. There's actually more but I can't be assed to detail every but of poor quality, incompetence, and poor customer service for this "Luxury Hotel".

This feels like a 3 star hotel with 5 star prices. Rooms are small, the building and rooms are noisy, everything feels cheap but pretends to look expensive. Bad customer service too.
