DESCRIPTION
A beautiful multi-level modern home has been remodeled from top to bottom! It has four sleeping areas- three bedrooms and one big bonus room (20x20)! You'll love the location. It is 15-20 minutes from many of San Diego's attractions!

THE SPACE
This home has three floors:
On the first floor, you will find south facing panoramic views from every window on the main living and dinning room area. A half-bath also known as the guest bathroom for easy access for guests. An exquisitely sleek new Chef’s Kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops with a waterfall peninsula, farm sink, high end herringbone patterned backsplash, gold accents, a pot filler, large pantry, LED task lighting and more!

On the second floor, you will find the spacious bonus room (20x20). A whole living room set fits along with a sofa bed, a 65 inch smart TV, a PlayStation 4 (that the kids would love!) a work area (desk and chair) and the laundry room.

On the third floor, you will find the fabulous master suite that includes two walk-in closets, a private deck, a king size bed, a 75 inch TV, a work space, a luxurious master soaking tub and walk-in shower with LED lighting and a rain shower-head. Two additional bedrooms and a hallway bathroom.

Multiple decks, with cool breezes, a bbq grill and a spacious backyard makes this home the perfect gathering place for your family and friends. Look no further!


SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom #1 - Master Bedroom- Elegant theme - King size bed (2people)

Bedroom #2- Nature theme- Queen size bed (2 people) with a phone charging bed frame!

Bedroom #3 - Game room theme- Full size daybed (2 people) and one trundle bed - twin size bed tucked underneath the daybed (1 child)

Bonus-room #4- Entertainment theme- a full living room with a full size pullout sofa (2 people) and twin size roll away bed ready to use (1 person). If you need privacy, you can pull down the window blackout shades and close the curtains.

In case you need extra beds...
1. There is an air mattress located inside the master bedroom closet (1 person).
2. There is a trifold comfy mattress located inside the laundry room.

Bachelorette week to remember
10/10 would reccommend. 5 ladies stayed at this house for a 3 day getaway for a bachelorette weekend. The house was gorgeous with a full kitchen and large living area we could all enjoy. The view was gorgeous and we enjoyed the back porch as well as comfortable couches for movie nights. We also felt safe in the neighborhood. We had more than enough beds for comfortable sleeping arrangement in the home and linens for us all to have beds and to shower. There are also provided quality shampoo and conditioner and soap soap products provided in gorgeous bathrooms.

Wonderful Stay in San Diego
This property was a perfect location for our family. Clean, spacious, plenty of equipment in the kitchen, and a good location to get to everything in town. We loved the decks, the living room and the spacious kitchen. The owner was responsive and helpful when we had questions. Everything was great.

A nice home base for a stay in San Diego
Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. About 15-20 minute drive to the zoo, the gas lamp district and restaurants. Roomy, with high-end amenities. We were very pleased. Two minor issues to consider: bedrooms are downstairs (and one sleeping area only has a curtain for privacy) so those staying up late need to walk softly and be really quiet after others have gone to bed. Also, if you have a vehicle with low ground clearance, plan to park on the street as you won't be able to get into the driveway without scraping the bottom of your car.

The photos don't lie! Beautifully appointed; plenty of linens, towels, kitchenware, etc. Lots of room to gather together or find a quiet spot all your own. We enjoyed the decks and their comfortable furnishings and the spa-like master bath. Wish we had more time to stay!

Family Spring Break
We booked this property to be close to family living in the area as well as close enough to visit the attractions in San Diego. Home was beautiful with great views. There was plenty of room to stretch out for my family of 5 with kids 9-14yo. The bathrooms were fancy as my son said it was the best shower he’s ever been in and would gladly take more showers if we had the rainfall shower heads as well. I was initially concerned about it being loud since it is pretty close to SDSU but our street was very quiet. It was an easy drive to the Safari Park as well as the beaches. We went to Coronado, Mission, and LaJolla. Great communication with the owner and easy check in and check out.

Great family house!
Beautiful home - looks just like photos, even better. The house has the perfect setup for a family stay - open space, good size rooms and good outside space. I only wish we had blackout curtains, as we’re not early risers. We’d definitely book again.
