Each morning, make your way into the kitchen to brew a pot of coffee and whip up a tasty breakfast for the whole gang using the gas range and stainless steel appliances. When the days heat up, put on some sunscreen and grab that novel you have been meaning to get around to before heading down to the shared pool on-site! After watching the unmatched colors of the sunset, settling down each night will be a breeze with two large TVs mounted in the living room and bedroom.

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning but does feature a ceiling fan. The ocean breeze is also effective for cooling the interior.
The washer/dryer is shared and coin-operated.
This home features old plumbing, and no products can be flushed down the drain.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
