O lugar é agradável com algumas ressalvas, existe uma pequena cozinha, mas faltam utensílios básicos para o uso. Os travesseiros e colchão poderiam ser mais confortáveis. A falta de vista e a obra que acontecia no edifício comprometeram nossa satisfação. A localização é ótima! Próximo a muitas atrações turísticas, com bares, restaurantes e supermercados bem próximos também!

The room was nice and clean, however the airconditioner did not work, and the sound from the street was too laud so keeping the windows open during the night/morning was not an option. Disappointing when considering this is a 200$/night place....

Excellent location and warm hospitality

Room and bathroom were very clean and modern. Our host, Alessandra, was very helpful with early check in and helping to locate places we wanted to visit. The location is very convenient to historical sites, banks, grocery stores, and restaurants by foot.

Beware - limited check in, poor street visibility

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience. Our train was delayed 30 minutes, which had us arriving close to the checkin deadline of 7pm (of which we’d forgotten in the myriad of travel details involved in a complex trip). The street is cut off from traffic and so the driver dropped us off at one end and pointed vaguely down the street. We struggled with our 3 large bags on the cobblestone streets searching for the hotel’s facade - up and down the street with no luck. We eventually found the faded address numbers beside an old wooden door with an 8”x8” plastic sign with ‘Rafaelle Charmsuites’ stamped into it and an accompanying keypad. We pressed the suggested code, but got no answer (by now it is 710pm). Eventually someone came out and we got in through the door. There was an empty hall and a tiny elevator. We got in and made our way to the 1st floor and knocked on a door marked as one of the ‘hotel’ rooms. No answer. I tried calling from my dying cell phone, but the call would not go through. At that moment, I did get an email from Hotels.com asking me how my check in went. I replied negatively and got a defensively response from the hotel. We contacted our friends who were staying nearby and they invited us to bunk in with them so we did. After charging my cell phone, I did find some emails from the hotel saying they had been unable to reach us by phone and also sent the check in info. By then we were too exhausted to move.

Hi, we are very sorry for all the troubles you had. We are a Guest House, guests have our complete address, Via del Banco di S. Spirito number 21, and there you can find our Name very big on a black sign 30 cm for 30; beeing a Guest House, we Write messages to our guests from one week before their arrival,to remember our timetable and to fix an appointment for later or earlier arrival. The same we did with you but you never answered and we phoned you, but the phone number you left was not working. Our mobile is written on the sign but we didn't receive any call from you, so we wrote again with all the details to go through by your self. I feel sorry if you were too exhausted at that point, but we tryed to do our best. Alessandra
