Zweimal hintereinander in beiden Nächten ging der Feuermelder um halb drei. Das Bad war dreckig und die Hälfte der Elektronik ging auch nicht. Der Service vorne lies auch mehr als zu wünschen übrig.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately due to safety reasons we cannot turn off the firealarm before making sure that everything is safe for our guests, staff and the entire hotel. We do understand this disturbed your nights rest, but we are glad there were no major incidents and did not have to evacuate.
My aplogies regarding your comments on the rooms' cleanliness of course this is not what you may expect from us. I will forward these comments to our housekeeping manager.
