Zuhause ankommen
Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben. Das Personal hat Zeit, ist sehr angenehm und sehr gut geschult. Alles klappt wie am Schnürchen. Man fühlt einen sehr guten und angenehmen "Flow". Keinen Stress in der Luft. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt und alles auf hohem Niveau. Präsentation der Getränke und Speisen sind top. Das Personal ist fröhlich, gut drauf und die Gäste genauso. Die Zimmer sind gross, schön eingerichtet und ruhig. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Allgemein sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Liebe steckt im Detail. Jedem Hotelzimmer ist ein Concierge zugeteilt. Wenn man diesen Service benötigt, werden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Dieses Hotelkonzept ist einfach top. Lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wie zuhause ankommen.

Tolles Hotel!
Wir haben dieses Hotel für 14 Tage gebucht. Die Anlage ist ca. 2 Jahre alt und wirklich top. Als prefered member hatten wir einige Vorteile (Butler, eigene Poolanlage, eigener Strandabschnitt). Das Hotel können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Anlage und insbesondere der Strand sind top. Achtung, wer in den Sommermonaten dort hin möchte (so wie wir), sollte sich unbedingt wegen den Seealgen erkundigen! An unserem Standabschnitt konnte man nicht baden, sehr sehr schade! Wichtig: Nehmt US Dollar und keine Domenikanischen Pesos mit!

Hotel is great, no major complaints. We had a swim up room, and in hindsight this could have been a waste of money. The swim up pool was in the shade 90% of the day, and the water was too cold to enjoy (it was mid Jan). In the hotter months it would be great, but don’t bother in the cooler months, you won’t use it!

Wow! What a vacation. We are already excited to go back. We loved this resort! We stayed in the Preferred Club Bungalow Suite Swim Out with Pool View. This included extra perks like a private beach, pool, seated, two options for al a cart breakfast, and a bar lounge with expedited check-in/out. If you want privacy and a more elevated experience, we highly recommend this over regular suites. The beach and grounds were so clean and well maintained. The ocean was wonderful and crystal clear while the beach was exemplary. The staff were also excellent and made us feel like family. Our butler, Leonardo, was the best. He was very friendly and welcoming. He was helpful and available for all our needs, even checking in on us after our excursions. It was great having a go to person that made our stay special. Coco Chanel and Elisaul from the entertainment team were fun and friendly. Elisaul took us on a 90-minute bike tour of Cap Cana with beautiful views of the ocean. He was so friendly and greeted us all week when we saw him around the resort. Coco Chanel was the best entertainer at karaoke nights by the bar. The Rosewater team, especially Richal and Julia, treated us like friends every time we saw them (pictured along with our butler). Since our suite was right next to Rosewater, their running joke was that we were “the neighbors”. It always made us feel welcome. The bar at the private beach had delicious drinks a dinners were first class.

Love secrets resort.. staff amazing. Philippe by far best butler at an all inclusive we have ever had and we have been to secrets cap Cana twice. We will be requesting him in the future. Only negative is we missed our first night due to the airport flight delay and they refused to refund us even though we booked an extra night.. they were by no means at max capacity so for a return customer, I would think they would want to try to treat them better and do the right thing but no. Does make me hesitant to return as loyalty is a big deal to us especially when we it was out of our control. Even if they gave us a credit we would have surely used it but they didn’t even respond or seem to care… disappointing..

Hey y’all! So here’s my honest review of Secrets Cap Cana where me and my spouse vacationed March 4th-8th 2024. Upon arrival the resort is simply amazing and the grounds are well maintained. I have been to DR a few times, but the level of security on the Cap Cana side is unmatched and we definitely felt safe. We got a regular room which faced the garden side and it actually was not bad. From what I was hearing about the preferred side and the cost associated with it, it was not worth it to us because there was not much extra perks that came with it. The room smelled a little weird so would def recommend bringing your own wall plug-in or febreeze just to be safe. The best bar on the resort with the best drinks was the one in the lobby and Jerry was one of the best bartenders. Ok, this may raise a few eyebrows but the food overall was better than most resorts, but it also lacked seasoning and was bland. However, the best restaurant for us was the Hibachi/sushi and the entire staff there was amazing and the most upbeat out of all the restaurants. At the Italian and Steakhouse, men have to wear pants so bring some nice slacks (if you sit outside for Italian men don’t need pants). Just make sure you get there early. Also, if you are any type of true foodie or food critic you would appreciate the plating at this resort. Room service for breakfast was a complete flop and I recommend that you go attend actual breakfast each morning, if you want a good breakfast, but try room service.

We had a large group (8 People), Gerardo was our attendant, he made sure that we were well taken care of. Co Co Chanel (activities) brought a huge amount of energy, made our daily activities fun! Abraham took care of us in our cabana, he was very attentive to our needs. Marilyn took care of pool side service, did a great job and Elvis took care of our check in and check out.

Welcome home
Our first experience to Secrets Cap Cana was fantastic and it won’t be the last. From the moment you arrive and are greeted with “Welcome Home”. We felt like we were in the place we were supposed to be. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. Every aspect of the trip was easy and seamless. We had to reschedule our Dolphin Encounter because of the weather and everyone at the resort and Amstar helped to make it easy to reschedule. Including our amazing concierge Angelo. His smiling face and ease was exactly what we needed. He kept us informed and always made sure we had what we needed. We spent all of our pool time at the same spot. Biotay and Angelina, our servers, was just a pleasure. Quick service, remembered everyone's drink and we never had to wait for her to come around. Great server. They would also stop by to assist at our own swim-up room. We agreed that the service and hospitality at this Secrets was really on point. Eating at all of restaurants was quick and easy and lots of different options. We truly had the best experience.

Property was small/compact. Live entertainment was good. Service and staff were great. The not so great was the food which tasted like frozen food heated. Seafood restaurant was the worst I can definitely cook better. Steak restaurant was the best. Great rib eye. Drinks were slow and overly sweet at pool and beach

What I loved about this place is the service was top notch, everyone was so polite, helpful and very sociable and attentive to everyone. The food/drinks was excellent, so many varieties to choose from and for dinner the buffet was closed, but you have 5 restaurants to choose your liking. Love this place, I would recommend this especially for newly weds and/or couples
