The staff especially Cassandra who walks at the bar closet to the beach was amazing. The sercuity guard who greeted me and was always on duty as well was very professional. I unfortunately did not get his name however he stands at attention at the main gate before entering the hotel. He was very professional and polite. The hotel however was very misleading and what was all inclusive the food other than Dan Mario was cold.

just went here for vacation! awesome location with multiple restaurants, activities and they did a show every night . pools are great and the staff was super nice! My only complaint was he hotel room only because we had issues with our toilet flushing but other than that it was grand, exquisite and awesome atmosphere .

No hot water for 3 days Swim pool was filthy thru cleaned out the day we were leaving so we never used ir Wifi was down for 2 days People with rogers network (Canada) horrible connection Pasta bar was always out of items such as penne and meat sauce juice bar was never refilled On the adult side your have to pay $30 to rent the beach bed . Never mentioned anywhere.. we were told we don't need reservations.. however to watch the cooking show in Chopsticks you need to go there at 630pn to book the following slot.. no robes, slippers or toothbrush and comb in our room however the room next door (my parents) had everything

The room we were assigned to originally, were dirty with the construction dust everywhere, door in the bathroom was not closed properly. We had to switch the room which cause us loosing our time to enjoy the beach and weather.

I had an amazing experience at Sunscape Coco. The staff is friendly and helpful and they truly made an effort to keep everyone entertained. The restaurants were clean and the food and drink selection were good. My room was big and clean. I felt safe everywhere around the hotel. Definitely, I would recommend this place.

La limpieza de los cuartos no es la mejor en especial el baño. Hay partes que estan en remodelación aun, como el parque acuático de niños y no lo sabes hasta que llegas. El manejo y calidad de la comida no es la mejor, mi amigo y yo nos enfermamos por los alimentos. Tanto asi que se tuve que llamar al medico del hotel. Y ni hablar de la estafa del costo medico por solo una evaluación fueron $300 dolares. No volvemos

Overall, our stay was fine. The property is not too big or small, and there is still construction going on. The shows were good and when the restaurants were open, the food was good and were the drinks. The best service we got was from the bartenders on the beach on the "club members side". They worked really hard to make sure our drinks were full. Regarding the food, not all restaurants were open every night and some were showing as open on the app, were actually closed the entire week. The property was okay. Building 3 had continuous issues of having no hot water, no cold water, or no water at all. Our toilet had to be fixed as the flusher didn't work and there were numerous times we didn't get new towels. There was also a lack of shelving or drawers for clothing and no soap/shower gel holder was installed in the shower. Clearly, this building was not ready to open all the way. Although there were these frustrations, we had a nice stay with our friends.

Stayed for a week a month after hotel was “renovated”. Well - here is a quick overview. The Good 1. Animation and shows 2. Tierra restaurant 3. Location 4. Service at bars and coffee shop (Thank you Anderson, Ruth and Fernando). The Bad - 1. Food at buffet and all restaurants but Tierra 2. Service at restaurants, reception, cleaning (they forget to clean or if they don’t, they forget to leave towels). 3. Beach cleaning from sargassum. 4. Outrageous prices on anything extra The very BAD 1. Hotel is NOT renovated, only 1 building, couple bars and restaurants. Rooms are disgusting, everything is old or not working, including power outlets. 2. No water (happened 3 times). 3. Electrical Blackout (happened 1 time property wide). 4. Mold everywhere in rooms. 5. Kids club is not finished but staff are very nice 6. Henzy - front desk person. Lazy, does not listen, does not care. Should not work with people.

Absolutely great hotel very good restraints amazing beach very convenient, everything is super close by. Nice facilities. Coffee and ice cream is super good. The rooms are problem not completely finished with renovation and not enough furniture and air conditioner blowing right towards the bed get very cold or hot but u think once finished would be great potential since very big room with lots of space and close to beach. Beach, chairs and towels are new and comfortable very good quality.food choices are out of this world especially Brazilian steak restaurant was delicious. Staff tried to help quickly but are very busy so didn’t have time to talk a lot but did everything we asked for right away. Definitely planning to go back to that resort. Also good kids club brand new modern and pretty.
