Great location to experience San Juan. Dining and shopping all within walking distance.

This was a great place. There were several restaurants in the area and everything else was a quick Uber ride away.

The billing staff was horrible. Especially, because i bought my package via Expedia. They charged me the entire hotel stay cost again, even when i told them that i had paid via Expedia. I had to go through expedia's agent and take the costs off. Multiple times they charged me for breakfast even when the breakfast was included in the room charges. I had to dispute that with my credit card company. The rooms were smaller than what the photos show. The housekeeping entered the room without permission at 8AM and woke my family up.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs more umbrellas around the pool area. And rooms could use bigger recycling and trash bins. Also, the $65 daily resort fee (plus about $7 tax) must have slipped my mind. A bit painful to pay. Still--great stay and will recommend.

Service was terrible takes about 30 minutes just to get a water plus sleeping was a no go noise at 4am to 7am and still no security nor a care in the world, for the guests.

Puerto Rico itself was already tremendously beautiful and friendly, but the service of this Marriott staff helped make this experience one of the greatest, couldn’t thank them more.
