Overall, I had a great experience with the Swiss Diamond hotel, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and the breakfast was great. It was my first time in Prishtina but I would definitely book again the same hotel.

Hatten trotz Buchung kein Zimmer erhalten! Man hat uns um 23:00 Uhr einfach ohne Hotelzimmer in der höchsten Saison stehen gelassen. Und in der Lobby waren noch ca. 10 andere Personen denen es gleich ging. Unprofessionelles und freches Personal!!

Nie wieder und Pristina ist NICHT Serbien !
Pristina zur Information ist NICHT Serbien. Check in, Vorkasse trotz Kreditkarte, einmal würde das Zimmer nicht gemacht, der Kunde war schuld, Türen auf beim Frühstück, eiskalt. Kellner langsam und unfreundlich, Minibar Wucherpreise ! Teurer als im Sacher in Wien, alles in allem, Nie wieder !
