The service was terrible
This was the most we had ever spent on a hotel for a special stay. It was the worst travel experience we have ever had. - 30 mins wait to check in, while pregnant and exhausted, with twins under the age of one crying - check-in staff rude and unhelpful. We asked for a quiet corner the next day in the afternoon to put our babies in two cribs for a nap before a late departure (8pm) on an overnight flight and they said it was impossible to help. Left the check-in desk crying, worried about how to cope the following day with nowhere to go. Had even offered to pay more but they didn't care. - left alone to find our room in a massive complex - loud music booming most of the day from the pools - nowhere to get away from it and naps for babys were a nightmare - phone kept ringing, no one on the other end - no advice on restaurants or where to find things, again, on a massive complex. - No buffet style place to eat except during the morning, so with two infants just starting to eat solids, where to find food? Had to go to a sit-down restaurant each time. - Loads of tables free in sit-down restaurant, staff rude and said we had to wait for a table. So we just walked in and seated ourselves since I was ill and kids needed food asap. No understanding for family needs. - At check-out my husband begged for a corner in a hallway to put the two baby cribs so our children could have their nap before the overnight flight. They said this was not possible. Kids broke down. NIGHTMARE
Gut: NOTHING. Do not go here.
