We are delighted to learn that you liked our prestige room and our location but at the same time we are really sorry that you did not enjoy in total your stay at our property especially for our breakfast room service that is one of our strong points. Before delivered the room service to our guest, the order is double check to make sure we have not forgotten anything, but we are always at disposal to immediately add something more respect the order made the night before. We want to specify that we pay special attention to the quality of our products. The ham probably changed its appearance and smell because you decided to have your breakfast on the terrace of you room, that was already full of sun and in this day exceptional heat (35°) is a bit challenging that the food maintain perfect especially if you left on the table for hours. In any case if we only knew we would replace it. Nevertheless, we hope to welcoming you back in the near future in order to show you our standard of excellence. Warm regards,
