Auf den ersten Eindruck war das Hotel sehr schön. Das Zimmer war klein, unsere Koffer konnten wir nur geschlossen aufgestellt im Zimmer behalten. Das Bett war sehr gross und bequem, das Bad und Dusche waren super. Beim zweiten Hinschauen haben wir festgestellt, dass es im Restaurant überall schmutzig war. Der Boden wird kaum gewischt, die Tische werden vor dem Neueindecken nicht abgewischt, im Biergarten war das ganze Mobiliar voller Spinnnetze. Unser Zimmer wurde nach der ersten Nacht gar nicht gemacht, nach der zweiten wurde gebettet und Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Die gebrauchten Tassen waren noch schmutzig und der Kaffee wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt. Bei einem Preis von 125 Pfund pro Nacht dürfte ein wenig mehr drinliegen. Das Essen im Restaurant war super fein, der Service war i.O., wenn man von der schmutigen Kleidung des Personals absieht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super für Ausflüge nach St. Ives, Lands End, Marazion mit Mount St. Michael, Penzance, es ist alles sehr schnell erreichbar.

Kleines Hotel mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern
Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto sind Marazion, Penzance etc. schnell erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Essen war überaus lecker und die Besitzer sind absolut hilfsbereit.

Staff very pleasant ,friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Most significant downside was the lack of central heating, Had a fan heater in the bedroom and we were given an additional duvet for our second night as heating does not appear to be switched on .Rooms comfortable but small . Ensuite clean with plenty of hot water but no heating in it so chilly at times.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coach & Horses! The staff was excellent. Very friendly. Super helpful. The room was clean & quiet. We were able to stay on property and have a tasty dinner followed by a nice long walk starting on the foot path behind the property. In the morning they were very gracious about accomodating us for a very quick breakfast so we could get back on the road. Highly recommend!

We found the coach and horses a brilliant find. All the staff were so friendly and super helpful. The food was fantastic and the cooked breakfast especially was a highlight that set us up everyday. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Great find
The building is a little tired on the outside, however the room was comfortable and adequate for what we needed. The food was absolutely delicious and well priced. The breakfast is freshly cooked to your requirements and also delicious. The staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and valued. Would not hesitate to stay again

Très bon séjour proche Marazion St Michael’s Mount
Une chambre de bonne taille, propre et assez calme alors que située au-dessus d’un pub. Un grand lit confortable. Un excellent petit-déjeuner et un personnel sympathique et qui veut faire plaisir (pancakes au petit-déjeuner alors que pas à la carte).

Great welcoming location
One of the best Inns we’ve stayed in, relating helpful staff going above and beyond. The room was spotless and wow the mattress was one of those you just adore. Certainly not firm but not too soft. The food was exceptional, our hats off to the chef & kitchen staff. Great food at very reasonable prices. We couldn’t recommend highly enough. Very special for our needs.

Nice pub in a country location. Good food, comfortable room. Rooms are upstairs, a consideration if you have mobility problems. People who run it are lovely. Would happily stay there again.

The exterior of the building isn’t impressive but it’s great inside! Our room was immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The beer was good too. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. We would go back for sure!

An excellent place to stay and eat
This is a great pub and an excellent place to stay. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was bright, modern, with a huge, comfy bed and a small shower/toilet room. We had dinner, which was very good. The fact that the restaurant was packed on a Monday night says a lot. Breakfast was a good size and of good quality.

De kamer was klein maar zeer schoon en erg comfortabel. Beneden zit een pub waar je spelletjes kan doen of een potje pool kan spelen. Tevens is het mogelijk om daar te eten, wat een prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding is. We kwamen om 15:00 aan, en de eigenaresses was chagrijnig omdat we aan de vroege kant waren, ze bleef de rest van ons verblijf uiterst onvriendelijk tegen ons. Gelukkig werd dit ruimschoots goedgemaakt door de vriendelijke en gastvrije man die voor het ontbijt zorgde.
