It appears that the weather during your stay did not help at all our logistic. Heavy rain in place like Pemba deeply impact the WiFi connection and also the electricity. Hot water can be a challenge , we should have briefed you better concerning hot water and electricity difficulties that comes with bad weather. We would have loved to make your stay better . We are for now in a transition period with our staff,and we are sorry that you felt/saw it. We are improving and will come back to the amazing service we deliver to our guests. Dear Guests, although anonymous, I believe that I can recognize when you stayed with us.. I would highly appreciate more factual feedback to allowing us to improve if we fail in some areas. I also understand hat you had no negative comments with any of us during the stay, even praising the service, the amenities, upgrade and special moment on the Beach. Cher Alexandre, Merci beaucoup pour ces commentaires superbes sur notre petite propriete..... c'est merveilleux et l'Equipe se sent encore plus motivee... Pour les fonds sous marins, nous avons normalement des endroits simplement extraordinaitre ici, avec des millions de poissons tro[picaux... mais il est vrai que la faune evolue avec les courants, temperatures, marees etc... I would like to thank you for your comments of appreciation which shared with us the pleasure and joy you experienced during your stay. I do appreciate your comment with regards to the service having slightly slipped a bit. however pleased to let you know that in the past 6 weeks, we have not changed team, still follow our previous standards, while having already reinforced various areas and started a training program on service delivery...
