Der Aufenthalt war für uns katastrophal! Uns wundert es, dass das Hotel überhaupt ein Stern hat. Die Dame an der Rezeption (Solange) war total unfreundlich und schon direkt pampig. Unsere Zimmer waren total dreckig und nicht sauber. Ausserdem war die Umgebung so laut, dass wir kein Auge zumachen konnten.. Die Dame antwortete nur mit einem "Okay" uns hatte keine Lösungen vorgeschlagen. Der einzige kompetente Mitarbeiter dort war Jason, der hat sich wirklich auf das wohl der Besucher gekümmert und individuell nach Lösungen geschaut. Er hat uns erlaubt zu dritt in einem Zimmer zu schlafen, da keine anderen Zimmer frei waren. Die Dame hingegen hat es uns verboten. Unmöglich also!!!

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass es zu diesem Missverständnis gekommen ist.Sie haben eine Reservierung für 4 Personen vorgenommen und sind als fünfköpfige Gruppe angereist. Bei Ihrer Ankunft haben wir Sie darüber informiert, dass wir leider keine Dreibettzimmer haben und aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht mehr als 2 Personen in einem Zimmer unterbringen können. Wir haben Ihnen ein zusätzliches Zimmer für zwei Nächte angeboten, das Sie angenommen und für die erste Nacht bezahlt haben. Sie sagten uns, dass Sie leider nicht genug Bargeld dabei hätten, um die zweite Nacht zu bezahlen, und dass Sie uns am nächsten Tag bezahlen würden. Wir haben Ihnen dies gerne gestattet. Als Sie am nächsten Tag den Schlüssel zu einem der Zimmer an der Rezeption hinterließen und sagten, wir könnten es wieder vermieten, erinnerte Sie unser Kollege daran, dass Sie nicht mit drei Personen in einem Zimmer schlafen können und dass es leider schon zu spät für uns sei, das Zimmer zu reinigen und wieder zu vermieten. Am nächsten Tag weigerten Sie sich, für das zusätzliche Zimmer für die letzte Nacht zu bezahlen, mit der Begründung, dass Sie es nicht genutzt hätten und wir es hätten weitervermieten können. Wie eben beschrieben, haben wir dies so nicht verstanden und für eine Neuvermietung des Zimmers war es zudem leider schon zu spät. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass es Ihnen nicht gefallen hat, dass Sie nicht zu dritt in einem Zimmer übernachten konnten. Solche Situationen sind auch für uns nicht angenehm und wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig dafür! Wir haben jedoch eine Verantwortung gegenüber unseren Gästen und Ihrer Sicherheit, die leider an erster Stelle steht. Es tut uns auch sehr leid, dass Sie das Gefühl hatten, wir seien nicht verständnisvoll genug mit dieser Situation umgegangen. Es ist nie unsere Absicht, mit unseren Gästen patzig zu sein! Wir sind sicher, dass es auf beiden Seiten zu Missverständnissen gekommen ist. Wir entschuldigen uns noch einmal dafür!

Das Hotel war in einer guten Zentralen Lage, man konnte alle sehr gut zufuss erreichen. Leider Funktunierte die Heizung nicht und die Wände waren nicht dicht genug man konnte alles hören.

Did not expect small circular walk up to bedrooms, in our case three flights. Staff helped bring up and down our suitcase, thankfully. The room is very very small, we could not share and had to fork out for a second bedroom. The shower is extremely small, we had a laugh each time. But you pay for that and so value for money was probably spot on. It did not take away from the overall experience.

Very small room. You can’t move around without hitting the walls. Shower is so tiny that you can even bend to wash your foot and good luck taking luggage to the upper floors.😩😓. If you exit the hotel, you are required to leave key at front desk every time you exit the facility. Staffs were nice and its close to main attractions.

We are really sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations! This is of course the opposite of what we would have wished for. It is true that our hotel is located in an old, traditional Parisian building where everything is relatively small and where it is unfortunately not possible for us to install a lift. Even though this is mentioned on all our websites, it is often overlooked. We therefore thank you for making these important points more visible to other guests and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused! Our reception is open 24 hours, so we have the possibility to ask you to leave your key at the reception, which we only do for security reasons. This way you do not run the risk of losing them. We hope you still brought home many wonderful memories of your trip to Paris.

This hotel was perfect for a 4 day weekend in Paris. It's cute and quaint. It was very clean. Room was a bit small, but it really didn't matter as we were there to shower and sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, but was not clear on the price of the breakfast. We were told by the young man that did our check in that it was 7€ pp. So we had breakfast there 2 days. When we went to pay, another gentleman doing the check out said it was 14€ and that we must've misunderstood because 7€ is the price for kids. First off we didn't go with children, so it would make no sense for the check in guy to tell us the price for kids when he clearly saw we had none and we both misunderstood? Also don't have hotel reserve taxi for you as the taxi charges you a 7€ what they call "supplement". Basically it is a charge for the service of having the hotel reserve it and for them picking you up. The hotel said "they had no idea". I don't believe that, I'm sure other guests must've mentioned it to get clarification. Despite this, I still recommend for a quick stay. If you have lots of luggage, be aware it has no elevator. This was not an issue for us as we had a small suitcase and didn't mind going up the stairs.

Normally every member of staff knows this, we don't understand how this misunderstanding could have happened. We have spoken to all team members about this to ensure that this does not happen again. We are also very sorry that the cab charged you for the reservation. In fact, we have never heard this before and are sure that this is not common practice. We sincerely apologize again! Staff were great. Our room was super small so that one person had to be on the bed while the other moved around. Beds were comfortable. You can hear everything in the hallway but people were quiet.

This location is a 5. It is walking to all tourist attractions. It has a church around the corner and restaurants across the street. We left early only because my mother was unable to do the 4 flights of stairs and the breakfast was not worth it at all. Highly recommend if you do not have an issue with stairs and no assistance with luggage.

La mejor ubicación ! Pude caminar a todas las atracciones, a 8 minutos de varias estaciones de metro . Hay distintos restaurantes alrededor , muy seguro . Hay un supermercado a media cuadra. La verdad es que para el precio está buenísimo . La gente que trabaja habla inglés y es muy buena onda . Definitivamente volveria

I liked the staff of the hotel, but I would say you get what you pay for. It’s a bit pricey, and the rooms are incredibly small and have little to offer in terms of comfort. You have to bring your own toiletries, as they don’t provide any, and for the price you pay, you also do not get breakfast included. The entire time staying, I felt like I was sleeping in a broom closet. It did the job of providing us a place to sleep, but the photos attached to the hotel on their website and such are incredibly misleading.

A crazy great price for this AMAZING location. The room is small as you would inspect but Im 6'5" and my wife is 6'0" and we were just fine. However the shower is REALLY small. We barely fit and if your overweight you probably wony. Just look at the pictures. They show accurately how small it is. But dint let that scare you. The location makes this hotel worth it.

I did not like it at all, the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The higiene in the room was terrible, the mirror was broken,the bed was broken/had a hole on it on one side, there were stains in the curtains, and the hotel said they would try do the best they can to sort this out and they did nothing. Just horrible, I’m very disappointed and upset about it. The only good thing about it was the fact that the hotel is based in the center of Paris; everything is close . But I do not recommend this hotel 😑.

We are really sorry to hear that you felt the hotel did not look like the pictures. However, our maintenance and housekeeping team as well as our receptionist of the day confirmed that the mirror was not broken before we gave you the room. We also could not find a hole in the bed or stains on the curtains when we checked the room after reading your review. However, we did find a broken cup, which was not broken before. Breaking things can always happen, next time don't hesitate to let us know at reception! None of our team members can remember you coming to complain about the room. We would have done our best to change the room for you and make your stay as pleasant as possible. We do deeply apologize if there was a misunderstanding here!

I stayed here for 3 nights from 1/20-23. The hotel is located near the center of Paris, and although the building is old, it is well maintained. There are some things like there is no elevator and the room is a little cold. However, when I slept with two futons on top of each other on the first day, the staff noticed this and put two futons on top of each other when bed making from the second day onwards. I felt compassion and was moved. The people at the reception varied depending on the day, but everyone was kind. This is a hotel that I would definitely like to stay at again. Merci.

It was okay. The location was great and staff was great. Overall just a really small space for the high bill. Shower was really small, 70 stairs to the room with no lift. Still a nice stay and enjoyed the area.
